The app enables the user to create notes. It supports the creative notes taking process. Entries can be grouped in detailed titles, and the system has a matching functionality in terms of styling and cross-referencing. The user is able to flawlessly browse over the complete map (zoom) that consists of entries and tiles. Entries that have not been edited for a specific period of time will be malformed into gaps to gain the user’s attention.

Create entries (Create, Read, Update and Delete), make titles (collection of entries), annotate entries

HOD is an enterprise website with app extension to provide 360 degree employee skill development and assessment. HOD integrates tightly with our HR systems to ensure synchronization with employees in real time.
Profile and role based development plans are incorporated within to app to ensure a seamless on boarding of new employee into this portal/app. Time based and on-demand training lessons are initiated for relevant employees in areas of technical skills, managerial skills, ethics, diversity, sensitivity, sexual harassment policies etc.
Deadlines for such training completion are also setup with automated reminders to employees and their immediate reporting managers for compliance.

What challenge were you trying to address with Trigma Solutions?
We wanted maximum exposure for our site so it would be hit up frequently on search engines. Our audience — people in their fifties who don’t use the internet often — also needed a site that was easy to look at and navigate.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
We’re having the whole website restructured from scratch for the third time. It’s been 5–6 years since the last one, so it’s gotten a bit dated. Once it’s done, it’ll be easier to navigate, the image and video quality will be higher, and the site will be faster.
I told Trigma what we needed, which was a video that we could upload with a YouTube connection. We also wanted to link to our Facebook and Instagram where part of our audience comes through. Lastly, I wanted an admin page where we could edit parts of the website and update news stories ourselves rather than rely on Trigma.
Trigma has done some SEO as well. When we searched the website on search engines, it wasn’t coming up at the top of the list. They did some work on keywords to get us higher.

Apart from my main point of contact at Trigma, I’ve worked with 3–4 people over the years.

I originally was working with a small, local firm. A friend introduced me to Trigma because he had a website developed by them. Because I already travel to India quite a bit, they were able to take me to their office and show me their work station, their staff, and how they work.

Our views and hits go significantly higher when we announce a new event or book launch. Otherwise, we see a steady flow of traffic, comments, and messages. Whenever we redesign the site, people send us lots of messages about how they love the new look. They are often friends and longtime associates, and that tells us that people are finding and viewing us quite successfully.
How did Trigma Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?
Trigma is always on the ball, and we never have to chase them. Because we’re in the UK and they’re in India, there’s a very small window when we can communicate with them. However, they’re always there and happy to accommodate us, even on weekends and out of hours.
We communicate over email, phone calls, WhatsApp videos, and Zoom. If it’s an emergency, I can go straight to the phone or a WhatsApp video call.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Trigma’s professionalism is what I like about them. If I ever need something done, I can contact them, and it’ll be dealt with in 24 hours. That’s the main reason why I’ve stuck with them.

The main reason we’re restructuring the site is because of the site’s speed and the lack of quality in our images and videos. The visuals are quite important to our work, but Trigma is moving us to a new platform that should improve it.

Have a face-to-face meeting initially so that you can see examples of their work and learn whether they can perform to the level you need them to be. Introduce your business and what you do there.
I am a manager at Hartron. We work as a contractor for a government agency.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Trigma Solutions?
We hired them specifically for a web-based online assessment. It was focused on giving the capability to create tests for government employees.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
From the beginning of the project, we had a limited time in which to develop the product, so we had to stick closely to the timelines that we established. They worked closely with us to develop an online solution that we could use to meet the needs of the project.
We started out with all of the documentation that we needed and gave that to their team in order to help us migrate the content online. They handled the process from there and delivered the final product to us for review.
How did you come to work with Trigma Solutions?
We knew that Trigma had done a lot of work with different government agencies and wanted to hire them based on their demonstrated experience with projects like this one.
How much have you invested with them?
The total project cost was around $1,000,000 USD.
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked together in the first quarter of 2012.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The government party who commissioned the project was very pleased with the result of the project and was impressed with the ambitious timeline on which we were able to deliver the work.
When we launched the website, we were able to gain about 17,000 users on the site within a relatively short timeline. Feedback from everyone who used the site was very good, and we didn’t run into any bugs or issues throughout the project.
How did Trigma Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?
The deliverables were always provided on time and in budget. They handled the project well overall, communicating with us regularly about all of the progress and asking for feedback throughout their work.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They are very competent at what they do. Their knowledge base is impressive, and we had no doubt that they would be able to handle the workload that we were giving them. All of their employees are professional and hard-working, which significantly improved our relationship.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No. In government, you often run into delays or other issues on a project like this, but they did a great job of avoiding any of those issues.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Give them your requirements and then let them get to work. They have a good team and will be able to deliver a solution that satisfies your needs if you allow them to decide how to implement it.

I’m the owner of a mobile device and accessories shop.

What challenge were you trying to address with Trigma Solutions?
The Indian government introduced a goods and services tax (GST) in 2019, and we wanted a GST solution for our billing system.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Trigma Solutions developed a billing system for our shop, using PHP CodeIgniter and a Magento database. They also developed an Android app through which we can do all our billing. We use it to scan bar codes, and it does all calculations automatically.
I have 15 employees in my shop, and each one has an account on the platform. They receive commissions for their sales, which are calculated by the app.
What is the team composition?
I had a three-person team at Trigma: one designer, one project manager, and one developer.
How much have you invested with them?
The total cost was 5–6 lakh Indian rupees (approximately $8,000 USD).
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked with them between January–April 2020. The app is launched and my team is onboarded to it. I’ve recently started using their cloud services as well.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The solution gives me a lot of ease. We had complex books in the past, and billing records used to get misplaced or corrupted. All my books are in the cloud now, and I can get access to the database from anywhere. The platform is functional and reliable, and my employees are very happy with it.
How did Trigma Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?
They’re very good consultants. They understood my requirements easily and came up with a good solution. They’ve delivered within budget.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They’re very impressive. I told them what my pain points and requirements were, and they came up with new ideas.
Are there any areas they could improve?
They could improve in terms of documentation.
Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?
No, I don’t have anything in particular. They’re good and they deliver on time.
