We worked with Tridhya Tech Limited on three different web development projects and one mobile project. They took responsibility for all technical, implementation, and design-related tasks on the development side. Our agency provided user interface and branding elements, and we acted as the project lead while collaborating closely with their team to bring those functionalities to life. AngularJS was used as the primary frontend technology. On the mobile side, we developed native Android and iOS apps. We worked directly with a project manager from Tridhya Tech’s team and occasionally connected with their developers. I served as the main point of contact from our agency.

The project manager, in particular, was excellent at breaking down details in a way that reassured me the app was being built with care and precision. From a user perspective, the app is intuitive. Patients land on a clean dashboard with all the essentials right up front. The team implemented a face-to-face doctor-patient video connection, available on mobile devices and tablets. They also built a 24/7 patient support chat, where users can schedule appointments or ask for immediate advice. In addition, the app includes access to medical records, prescriptions, and treatment details.

So far, it’s been about four months, and we’re in the design stage. The web and app screens look really solid. It’s still too early to talk about functionality, but the progress has been steady and we’re happy with the direction.
