Based on that understanding, they designed a solution that went far beyond a simple app. The final product included an interactive knowledge hub filled with educational resources on conservation, a streamlined booking and consultation system that allowed clients to directly request services, a retail integration that connected our physical store to the app, and a gallery to showcase our restoration projects and case studies. That dedication showed in the final product, which feels less like a generic application and more like an extension of our mission.

If there was any area for improvement, it would be in the early design stage. Our team felt we could have benefited from more visual previews of how certain features would appear before development began. That said, when we raised this point, Trango Tech quickly adapted and began providing additional design walkthroughs, which resolved the concern. Overall, the collaboration exceeded our expectations and delivered an app that has already started to expand our reach and impact.

SCAM ALERT 🚨‼️

I strongly advise anyone against working with Trango Tech. They are most likely a SCAM!! in my view. My experience with them has been absolutely terrible. It appears I have lost thousands and thousands of dollars and they have crippled my business that I worked so hard for. They produced very low quality work, it was like pulling teeth getting them to do any work for many months, and it has been delay, after delay, after delay, after delay, after delay, and what appear to be ongoing lies and excuses.

Most concerningly though is they state on their website they have offices across the USA and have built apps for large USA companies which I don’t think is true and is fraudulent. This alone ruins any trust and makes it unethical and very legally risky for any person or company to work with them. They also say on their website they have an office in Melbourne, Australia and have built apps for commonwealth bank, Suncorp bank, Bunnings, Big W and Kmart (very large Australian corporations) which I do not believe is true based on my experience. They can’t be trusted and any data they might have on your apps clients is at risk in my view. 

Their reviews on Clutch, their TrangoTech Website, and Trust Pilot all appear to be fake, except for several 1 star reviews on Trust Pilot from people who have had the same experience as myself. 

They seem to have a parent company called ePlanet Global and I wouldn’t be surprised if they have other fake companies and other scams in operation also.

My advice based on my experience is DO NOT ENGAGE WITH TRANGO TECH!!!!! And if you have and they scammed you or didn’t meet their contractual agreements report them to all relevant scam agencies in your country and the USA including:

The Federal Trade Commission and FBI ic3.

If they are actually legitimate (which I don’t believe) then the authorities won’t find anything wrong, but if TrangoTech is a scam (which certainly appears to be) then these people are ripping off completely innocent and hardworking people and legitimate businesses. Scum of the earth.

Several people are saying the same experience on TrustPilot all giving 1 star reviews.
