It’s been 14 extremely frustrating months and yesterday they told me they are canceling our contract/the project and won’t be completing my app due to project complexity (it seems they are incapable and incompetent), duration (it’s been like pulling teeth trying to get the to do work for many many months - items that should have been done in a day or week weren’t done for months and months and they produced low quality work riddled with countless errors and inconsistencies), and due to repeated review cycles (as a client I have had to review countless errors repeatedly! - they shouldn’t have had the errors in the first place and they should have quality checked themselves). They have made me lose a large amount of lost income and now I have no viable app despite also spending a large amount on associated legitimate business costs such as trademarking and legal costs. Trango Tech also had misleading and deceptive material on their website (which I entered into our contract based on) including fake reviews, companies they haven’t worked with, and fake offices (it appears they are largely just in Pakistan when they claimed to have offices across the USA and an office in Melbourne and use USA phone numbers). Most of their reviews on trustpilot appear to be fake (or these people have had vastly different experience to myself which I don’t believe) except several other reviews similar to mine. They had no respect for our contract and I had to endure countless missed deadlines and delay after delay after delay. Based on similar reviews it appears they just take money off people, drip feed work, and can’t actually deliver. Now my business is in ruins and I have no viable app. They are also refusing to provide me with a refund and withholding my app's code (that that are legally required to provide to me under our contract) unless I edit this review to their liking and do not take legal action against them. I.e. they are holding my code at ransom, violating our contract, and behaving unethically. The staff members I have dealt with are Obaid Chawla (appears to be currently using a fake photo on LinkedIn), Shaharyar Rehman, Danish Paul, Andrew Smith, and Elliot Mason (who claims to live in Chicago and work at Sangam on St 215 floor 3, Chicago).
