We had Taxi booking apps both in iOS and Android with Admin panel. The Android app was built on kotlin while iOS is built on Swift, with PhP laravel admin.

A project manager was assigned to us, and we only communicated with him.

The customization agreement timeline was Maximum 35 days, and within 24 days they hadn't delivered anything as per our agreement. We didn't receive anything from the team regarding our requirements and they just came up with excuses about our current system.

Communication timeline is very poor, we had to reschedule a meeting twice when they are still coming up with excuses and later provided nothing to us after paying them.

We found nothing impressive about this company except being coned.

They should refund when they fail to deliver to clients what the agreement was instead of coming up with excuses.

I hired ToXSL to develop the mobile app for iOS and Android. The goal was to create an immersive and content rich application that mirrored many of the most popular mindfulness apps that are out there, valuated at a billion dollars. Our differentiator was that we were going to do it with music.

I selected ToXSL based on the customization of their proposal to meet my needs along with the flexibility the team showed with final pricing. The sales team was also incredibly helpful when they created a prototype of the application even prior to contracting. This was the winning differentiator for ToXSL.

ToXSL's scope included producing the design for the iOS and Android applications, building out both applications capability by capability, providing demos of the applications periodically, and factoring in feedback from me to enrich the full end user experience. The team also produced design documents in aid of the overall solution.

Finally, the team was accountable to host the solution in the cloud and deploy it successfully on iOS and Android app stores.

We had an overall project manager, a day-to-day delivery lead, two developers for iOS and Android, two designers, and two backend developers. There were also a few testers.

We launched both the iOS and Android app in exactly one year. The team had taken an account for numerous feedback items to optimize user experience. Additionally, the team also delivered on a number of enhancements to help over deliver on the overall project.

We largely coordinate through Skype. When needed, the team is able to prearrange phone and video calls for us to coordinate better and walk through design documents together. Every two to three weeks or so, you will get a new build of the application. You can test things out and provide feedback to the team. The team is responsive to incorporate the feedback in an agile and iterative manner.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The team's flexibility, skills, and creativity to design applications that rival companies today is just brilliant. When we started this project, we never envisioned for this level of quality and consistency of delivery that we received through ToXSL.

We had a few covid related delays, because many of the team members were starting to come down with illness. Even in spite of this, the team took great care in ensuring that the application could be delivered successfully till the end.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

One guidance that I would provide the team is to align on the test cases and test scenarios up front with the customer for each functionality. The team can also build a regression test suite, which will help with a smooth and streamlined execution of the test scenarios and to better identify defects within the team.

For them the first thing is delivery to client. I'm glad that they are know how to be kind and respect their clients. I like that they are know how to make a good joke and support client in difficult times.

It would be great to get a test version of the website weekly, not only the code package. In order to see what is already done and how it works in the browser, even if these are small changes.

at the beginning and before start talking about the project itself I would like to bring to the attention of those reading this review about the above company that when you go through google reviews and especially upwork reviews keep on your mind that most of these reviews are fake and generated by their own staff and through third party platforms about our project : we hired this company two years ago , at that time our website was already in the market generating good sales on monthly basis however it was not compatible for any expansion plans and not friendly with digital marketing techniques that's why we hired toxsl company

after two years the outcome includes :

• we are out of the market because the website Hanover delayed for more than one year we lost our money that we paid completely for incomplete project
• poorly performing website with an average performance according to gtmetrix of 50-60 % poor security as we realized that they did not apply firewall the seller platform was not done at all website delivered in one language only because of lack of security
• the website traffic went significantly down and instead of running aggressive marketing campaigns we are now working to hire new developer to fix what this did and complete what they did not complete the outcome is big zero

communication through upwork management style was really poor and for me at was the first time dealing with such company poor communication , over the whole period of contract we kept repeating the same comments and feedback , all deliveries not tested. We test the deliveries to highlight simple defects that suppose to be noticed by toxsl team. Defects on the platform never improved.

what is unique about this company : fake reviews especially in google and upwork no commitments if you focus with the negative feedback on google and upwork you will find all the complains about the lack of commitments and professional attitude from the team you're dealing with
