Gradually we have entered the UX/UI design phase, in which we have collaborated with the third part on the overall concept of the app. After the design phase we entered the development phase - the development of a native application for dental unit control. Touch4IT developers have programmed a library that controls the overall communication between the dental unit and the application. Apart from that, the application also communicates with the admin interface and is synchronized with internal information system (ERP). We are currently still working on new features and upgrades. Touch4IT has also created a separate native mobile app for us that has improved the functioning of the overall software solution. Through this app service technicians are able to get quick feedback or report any kind of malfunction on dental chairs or units and send the complaint directly to us. The cooperation from our side was our CEO, product owner and R&D team and from the side of Touch4IT - one of their CEOs, project manager, developer team and design team. The controlling application that we are developing with Touch4IT is the key element of our dental chairs. It's a fantastic innovation, that brings a lot of useful advantages for the dentists and makes their work easier and more efficient. Therefore, this is a huge step forward.
