The audit surfaced critical issues—many stemming from years of fragmented development—which helped us clearly understand the fragile state of our codebase. The UX audit was equally eye-opening, revealing broken field validations, poor component consistency, and substandard form behaviors that were directly affecting our users.

After the audit, Torii rolled up their sleeves and got to work. They led the end-to-end implementation of a major new feature called “Opportunities,” used by both licensees and licensors.
