Our Story

We are TopDevs: a growing team of specialists in engineering, product strategy, AI, automation, and design. We build future-proof, scalable software on a fixed-price basis without vendor lock-in, driven by quality (no shortcuts) and continuous learning. We proactively brainstorm with clients, deliver secure, well-architected solutions, and have strong customer satisfaction alongside proven project results.

What Sets Us Apart

Fixed price

Every project starts with a blueprint: a plan of exactly what we'll build and why, with one fixed price.

You own 100% of the code and IP with no lock-in

Everything we build is yours: the code, the documentation and the access. We use modern, standard tech that any developer can pick up. Hosting and maintenance with us are optional, so you stay because the work is good, not because leaving is hard.

Working in days instead of months

We don't disappear for months and come back with a surprise. You see a working prototype within days and a finished product within weeks. We work in short iterations and explain every step in plain language, so you always know what's happening, what's next and what it costs.

Commonly Asked Questions

Every project gets a fixed price, agreed up front. After a free intake we send you a blueprint: a clear plan of what we'll build and why, with the full price. You know the total before we start, and there's no open-ended hourly billing.

Most clients see a working prototype within days and a finished product within weeks, not months. We work in short iterations, so you see progress the whole way and can adjust early instead of at the end.

Yes, 100%. You get the code, the documentation and all access. We build on modern, standard technology that any developer can pick up, and hosting with us is optional. You're never locked in.

We hand over everything and stay available for support, maintenance and new features on your terms. If you want, we can also host and monitor the software so it keeps running smoothly. If you'd rather take it in-house, that works too.

Security is built into every layer: data protection, access control and secure hosting. Our senior cybersecurity specialist is involved in every project. For AI and automation work, we design the workflows around GDPR from the start, so it isn't added at the end.
