Our store is in an online marketplace. Topaz Infotech designed and developed our exporting website using HTML. They added product information.

I worked directly with one person who had a team of people.

From the first day I logged into the marketplace, Topaz Infotech contacted me about their services regarding mini-sites and product posting. They have a lot of knowledge in this area, but I didn’t actually use their services until now.

We spent less than $100.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together in November 2019.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They did a very good job, and the end result has been spectacular. They took care of the company details for each of the products that are uploaded to the store. If I have good company details, I have a better ranking in the marketplace.

How did Topaz Infotech perform from a project management standpoint?

I didn’t know how long it would take, but they were able to complete the work in three days, which was good for me. There were some issues within the HTML, and some changes needed to be made, and they took care of it.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The price was good.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there weren’t. They did more than what was asked of them, and I can’t say anything bad. I am very happy.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

They are good people.
