We wanted an automated management reporting system.

What was the scope of their involvement?
We’re managing reports that come in throughout different levels in the US, and we’ve been receiving them through email or in different formats. In connection with that, TMedia Business Solution Pvt. Ltd. is helping us create an online dashboard, which will allow people to develop reports that managers can check through the portal. We give them a call if we want them to implement modifications and adjustments.

We shared our specifications with their programmers and they’ve been able to develop the perfect online app for our project. Their output also didn’t need redevelopment and we can’t ask for anything more than that.

For what projects/services did your company hire TMedia Business Solution, and what were your goals?
We needed a tool to query an existing database and display or process the details related to board support packages. The main challenge was to create a lightweight web tool, using modern technologies, by replicating out existing tool's look and feel, while also enhancing it with new capabilities (e.g. dashboards, compare-tool, export function, etc.)

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We've posted a job description on a freelancing platform and out of many options we picked a handful of vendors which we presented out requirements documents. TMedia Business Solution proposed a well documented solution and project plan, with a competitive price, using the technologies we suggested.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
After the kick-off meeting we already had the project milestones documented and all agreements in place. Key deliverables were captured in 4 milestones, with a set schedule. The technologies used were included our suggested AIrTable for non-SQL database and React JS for the frontend.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
During the project we interacted with four people, the executive leader, the assigned project manager and a team of 2 developers.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
The deliverables matched our expectations and were delivered on time and on quality. We are deploying this internally and will replace the external tool after we migrate all database entries to AirTable.

We had all project details documented since the beginning and hosted bi-weekly calls during the development period. We also hosted acceptance calls after each milestone was completed.

They provided clear communication and professionally set the right expectations. Our feedback during the project execution was always captured and implemented in less than 24 hours. They were quick to react and adapt to any incoming challenge. They also had good suggestions and technical solutions.

No issues, for this particular project. Everything worked just fine.
