I'm the owner of Flash Moving Company. We offer commercial, residential, local, and long distance moving services as well as packing/unpacking, loading/unloading help, in-home moves, and storage services.

Our main goals were to increase brand awareness and visits to the website as well as the time our visitors spend on the site.

We had a personal consultation with them and they made a very good impression from the start. They know our industry and understand our customers’ needs, so they easily recognized what we wanted to see as a result. After a few more meetings with them, we decided they were the best choice.

WellKnown Agency provided web design and development services, beginning with a complete redesign of our old website. They created several additional pages and provide ongoing onsite SEO. We’re already seeing the results of their work. The next step will be creating a blog for our website, and they’ll be involved in its organization, content planning, and SEO as well.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The number of leads we get from our website has increased by 300% already, but we’re still working on SEO. Overall, we’ve experienced a boost in website visits and the time spent on it. We’ve also collected feedback regarding the website’s redesign and its ease of use, and all our customers are very satisfied with the upgraded features.

We received daily updates and participated in parts of the development through chat.

Their customer service is outstanding, as well as the quality of their work. They answer any questions we have within minutes.

I'm the owner and manager of Born to Move, LLC, a Boston-based moving company.

What challenge were you trying to address with WellKnown Agency?

We had worked with a company who didn't help us improve our business in the way we needed. Our low ranking made it difficult for us to be hired for moves from Boston to New York, a popular, profitable move in our market. We wanted to be in the top five search results to increase our sales for those interstate moves.

The WellKnown team provides SEO and manages our Instagram feed. They are making our site easier to find on Google by updating our site's code. Additionally, they are researching the possibilities of expanding our business to other states.

We started working together in August 2017 and the project is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Since WellKnown Agency’s SEO efforts began, our Google ranking has increased to the top five of results for local interstate movers. This change has helped boost our number of customers moving between Boston and New York. Also, there has been growth in how many users visit our site and call to learn more about our services.

How did WellKnown Agency perform from a project management standpoint?

Taras communicates with us effectively. He responds to any questions quickly, usually within a few hours over email or Skype. His team never misses any deadlines or goes over budget.

Their ability to increase our online visibility in a market as competitive as ours shows that they were the right choice.

So far, there is nothing they could do differently.
