Hired as a Managed Service Provider, our company is growing quickly and our in house IT personnel were not able to keep up with our needs. We also needed a lot of IT upgrades because it has been a long time since we have changed out any of our equipment.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We went from old equipment that was running slower than we thought, to brand new equipment that is running a lot faster. We are also now storing everything on cloud which has been a lot easier and quicker to access.

Their team delivered everything as scheduled and kept us up to date with everything they were doing. We were always being asked about our feedback and how things are going.

Their team members are very easy to talk to and are there for us whenever we need them. They respond quickly and have been an amazing resource for our company to keep expanding.

We needed a new MSP because ours is overcharging for their current serivces and the service quality has been consistently getting worse. We also needed a huge IT modernization to get our operating running more smoohtly becuase we have locations in multiple states.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They have decreased the amount of physical devices we need to use, increasing our employees efficiency and also migrated a lot of our on premise solutions to the cloud which has decreased our down time.

They were also ahead of schedule and very open to suggestions.

They were amazing people to work with; they genuinely care about our company, and that is all we could ask for. They treat us with a lot of respect and are grateful that we came to them.

No, they did great, and I don't have anything negative to say about the experience or their employees.
