The new website incorporates all the features we requested; however, it took quite a few rounds of feedback to achieve a layout that matched our initial vision.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

We had quite specific requirements from the start; since the layout for each page was a composite of two or three different reference websites, the communication process with Thuy Thu Agency was rather time-consuming, as we had to explain in great detail exactly which elements we wanted to adopt from which samples. Some pages had to be reworked multiple times because they didn't quite match our vision initially.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We appreciate that Thuỷ Thủ Agency patiently adhered to every detailed requirement—even the complex ones—without cutting corners or doing a sloppy job, despite the need for multiple rounds of revisions.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Thuỷ Thủ Agency could have done differently?

Combining layouts from various reference websites for a single page extended the interface review process significantly beyond expectations; we believe it would be better to clearly align on the approach to combining these patterns right from the initial discussion.
