The new website provides a comprehensive overview of KASATI’s 50-plus-year operational history, business sectors, and ESG commitments, enabling partners and customers to better understand the company's capabilities.

Our technical team worked with Thuy Thu via email and a few online meetings; the collaboration was smooth and easy—communication was great, and she responded to inquiries quickly, just like a friend. Everything stayed on schedule, and the process was completely stress-free.

What we really like is that, despite the company having been in business for over 50 years, Thuỷ Thủ Agency created a youthful, modern interface—avoiding a dated look often associated with its traditional image.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Thuỷ Thủ Agency could have done differently?

There were times when we sent the photos and certificates a bit late, so Thuy Thu had to wait; it wasn't that they were slow.
