Thuy Thu Agency was responsible for designing and programming our website, including 10 interfaces, and a bilingual website in Vietnamese (default) - English. The delivered items include: 

• Homepage: multiple sections including company introduction, software, company ecosystem, demo videos, reasons for choosing, customers, awards, demo registration, customer testimonials, with animated mascots decorating some sections 
• Product page: menu divided into 4 groups (human resource management, internal management, performance management, digital management), detail page using a common landing page template for product consultation 
• Industry-specific pages (real estate, telecommunications technology, retail trade, construction materials, education...) 
• Customer page, Price list page (by product, based on customer size, by combo) and final price page 
• News page (news, events, digital knowledge, our community) with a separate landing page for our community 
• Contact page 
• Module for managing categories, articles, banners, image library (automatically converted to WebP) and video library, social media sharing, multi-channel chat integration (Facebook Messenger, Zalo, Zopim/Tawk.To/Zendesk), system configuration and SEO

The website categorizes products into clear solution groups, allowing customers to find the right software faster. The pricing page, based on customer size, also reduces the need for multiple back-and-forth price consultations.

We mainly communicated progress via email and a shared Zalo group, rarely calling in person. The homepage design phase took longer than expected because the site had quite a few sections (about us, ecosystem, demo, clients, awards, etc.), so we had to revise it several times before arriving at the final version.

The impressive thing was that the product details page used a single landing page template for all the software, so we can add new products faster later on without having to redesign everything from scratch.

Additional costs arose when we requested the addition of an automatic pricing feature based on customer size, as this was not included in the original contract and had to be added in an addendum.

The website features a comprehensive range of products and solutions across various industries, making it easier for visitors to find what they need thanks to filters by category/brand/manufacturer. A separate HSEQ page also allows partners to clearly see the company's safety and quality standards.

Thuy Thu's team provided progress updates via email at each stage, minimizing the need for meetings. Both homepage designs were delivered on time, and revisions were made quickly. There were one or two instances where responses were delayed by 1-2 days due to holidays, but otherwise, everything was on schedule.

Thủy Thủ Agency was responsible for designing and programming the entire website for the 315 Children's Clinic system, using React JS for the front-end and PHP for the back-end on the WordPress platform.

The items that have been handed over include:

- 16 interfaces: homepage (2 design options), introduction, services, health check packages, news/activities, medical team, medical knowledge, recruitment, clinic system, support

- Vietnamese website, with category structure managed via CMS.

- Online appointment scheduling feature: Customers enter their full name, phone number, email, province/city, and ward/commune; the system automatically finds and displays nearby clinics for customers to choose from, then select a date and time for their appointment.

- Log in using OTP via SMS, displaying personal information and medical history (full name, date of birth, weight, medical conditions, examination history, etc.) retrieved directly from the internal system of Children's Hospital 315 via API.

- Duplicate the layout across 7 branch clinic websites, retouching the interface to match each location's unique brand identity.

- Integration with Google Analytics and online chat tools (Zalo/Messenger/Hotline)

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since the new website was launched, more patients have been booking appointments online, saving them the trouble of calling to find the nearest clinic because the system automatically suggests options. Patient information no longer needs to be manually entered as it's now directly transferred from the internal system. The seven branch clinics now look more unified but still retain the unique characteristics of each location.

The Sailor team worked quite systematically, updating us on the progress every week. They were almost on schedule, except for the API connection to our internal system, which took a little longer than expected, probably due to multiple tests to ensure data compatibility.

What I found impressive was that the Sailor team not only followed the requirements exactly, but often offered suggestions on how to make things more efficient, especially regarding the synchronization of patient data via API, which was quite complex but done very neatly.

Initially, we changed our minds a few times about how to schedule the appointment, which probably took the Sailors extra time to revise. This was partly because we hadn't finalized our requirements from the start.
