Thuỷ Thủ Agency was responsible for designing and developing the website for VietEco Global, which included 12 interfaces and bilingual support in French and English. The website was completed in 25 working days as agreed. The delivered sections included:After launch, we received 10 international partner inquiries through the website.

How would you describe Thuỷ Thủ Agency’s project management? Did they deliver on time?

We met in person with the Thuỷ Thủ team several times at the beginning to align on the design direction, then mainly tracked progress via email and messaging. The completion date was delayed by about two months compared to the initial plan, mostly because I requested multiple rounds of feedback and adjustments to ensure the website was as polished as possible, not due to delays from the design team.

What did you find most impressive or unique about working with Thuỷ Thủ Agency?

The team is young, enthusiastic, and has good ideas.

Is there anything Thuỷ Thủ Agency could have done better or differently during the project?

At the beginning, the design team did not fully understand my industry, so I had to explain things several times, which took more time than expected. If they had conducted more thorough research beforehand, the process would likely have been faster.
