We hired this company to help us with AdWord advertising on google plus SEO. They were to create landing pages, optimize Google and BING.

We spent tens of thousands of dollars with this company over several years, and our experience ultimately became extremely disappointing and costly. During the COVID-19 pandemic, we temporarily suspended our advertising campaign. The company disabled our Google Ads, which we initially considered a minor setback. Unfortunately, that was only the beginning. A couple of years later, we temporarily suspended our ads again because we were rebuilding our website. During that period, an employee named Joseph removed our owner/admin access to our Google advertising account and changed our access to guest-only. We were effectively locked out of an important business asset that we had spent years and tens of thousands of dollars building. Several months later, the company canceled our Google page services. We contacted them repeatedly and were told that they would provide us with the administrator link so we could regain control of our account. Despite multiple contacts and promises, they never provided it. After spending that much money with a company, I expected professional treatment and, at the very least, to retain ownership and administrative control of our own digital assets. Instead, we were left fighting to regain access. My biggest advice to any business owner: NEVER allow an outside marketing company to have exclusive control of your Google accounts, advertising accounts, website, or other critical digital assets. Make sure your business is the owner and retains administrator access at all times. We made the mistake of trusting this company with those responsibilities, and we paid a very high price for it. I would strongly recommend that other business owners think twice before making the same mistake we did. Protect your accounts, protect your business, and make sure you—not your marketing company—control your digital assets.

We havent gotten into this portion yet. We have completed the kick offs and have a plan started. We are working toward a posting calendar and about to have a kick off call with thrive local.
