We are still in our infancy with the new website ThreeDark created for us but web traffic has increased significantly.

ThreeDark was very informative throughout the entire process. The shared drive made things seamless and easy to keep track of progress. Timely responses to all of our questions were given. Things were completed normally on time or even ahead of schedule.

I cannot put into words how easy ThreeDark and specifically Daniel has made the process of creating and publishing our new website. From the knowledgeable, detailed explanations given to every question posed, responsiveness and customer service is beyond reproach.

They have assisted with website and domain connection, link checks, google integration, google analytics connection, SEO checks, and error checking. They are assisting with maintaining my website to keep website software updated, update code, make sure website is up and running 24/7, fix all spam errors, email error fixes, fix security vulnerabilities as they come, and weekly backups.

My contact was asking for information from me and updating me via email when he was completing parts of the project. He would email with what was happening next on the project.
