Our scope and timeline evolved on the business side, and Thompson & Prince was very flexible in adding and adjusting the scope as needed. They were also very communicative around deadlines.

Thompson & Prince helped with all the media for our public launch, including logos, branding, style guides, website design, presentation formatting, and design. The team delivered the following:
1. A brand-new website for a newly formed business
2. Logo, custom font selection, style guide, presentation templating, slide design, and formatting
3. LinkedIn page graphics and social graphics

We found Thompson & Prince through a referral. We chose them over other real estate investment managers because of their competitive pricing, timing, and responsiveness.

We started working together in January 2025, and the engagement is complete.

Thompson & Prince completed the website, presentation, and template, which were critical for our engagement with our target investor base, potential project partners, and the public more broadly.

How did Thompson & Prince perform from a project management standpoint?

Thompson & Prince was incredibly responsive and communicative. We primarily communicated via email and shared Google Docs, with video calls as needed to expedite the process. The use of Google Docs for shared feedback was a bit cumbersome for a firm all on Microsoft, but we made it work.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Thompson & Prince's timeliness, speed, and responsiveness to feedback were impressive. The team was also very patient with us, which was much appreciated.

We were impressed with the high quality of the product in light of its highly specialized (biology) nature. Thompson 7 Prince is not a scientific communications company, but Chris pulled in outside support for content while maintaining strong project oversight and insertion of his own expertise.

I liked the end result. I didn't need as much strategy as some might for a presentation, since I was pretty confident in the story I was telling already. Perhaps if it was a preso that required more strategy, the pricing should be based not on number of slides but on a project basis?

They took a self designed pitch deck in the insurance world and totally redesigned it to be engaging. It was a relatively short project, and they knocked it out of the park.

I worked with the CEO of the company who handled the communication with his team. Once nice thing about that was there was only one channel of communication, and it was very easy to keep organized.

Have known Chris for a while and knew he did high quality work.

Revamped the entire home page, nav bar, portfolio page and significantly cleaned up the underlying code base.

Only liasoned directly with Chris, who had at least one other developer working alongside them.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Very happy with the outcome. Project was done on time and under budget. They took on several tasks outside the project scope to ensure that the website was the highest quality.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Clear lines of communication and Chris set up expectations and timelines well in advance.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Chris was opinionated while also very accommodating which was very helpful since design is not an area of internal expertise. Deadlines were consistently met.

Might've been quicker to chat on the phone for a couple of feedback rounds, but overall a pretty smooth experience.
