Are there any areas for improvement or something ThirstySprout could have done differently?

The initial documentation for managing our new landing page and hero banner tools was a bit sparse. We had to hop on a few extra calls to get our marketing team fully comfortable with the dashboard. To their credit, they immediately recorded custom video walkthroughs as soon as we asked, which solved the issue completely. In the future, providing those guides right at launch would make the transition even smoother.

Since we launched the system, we’ve seen a lot of differences in the ideas we’ve been doing. We can see our artists’ collaborations, stocks, and timelines clearly, which has sped up the process of things and is part of the business that we actually love. We’re also able to see everything clearly, and that has been a great deal for us.

How did ThirstySprout perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve been brilliant in this regard. They always communicate and never push, and they explain things in plain English instead of jargon. They also adapt to what we need and make changes without making a big deal out of it. We use Trello for project management and communicate via Zoom, phone calls, and emails. I also have a personal WhatsApp chat with the CEO, so we’re in constant communication.

What impresses me the most is that they listen. They don’t just do what we ask them to do; they talk deeper and truly understand our needs. That empathy, paired with their technical skills and experience, makes for a great collaboration. Another thing that impresses me the most is being in contact with the CEO of the organization.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there aren’t any. Sometimes, they’re so excited to take our project on board that they suggest features we’re not ready for. However, even those conversations give us a roadmap to our future, so it’s not really a negative thing.
