Third Bracket handled the full digital setup for our restaurant. They designed and developed our website from scratch, including custom visuals and animations for the homepage. They also created our restaurant logo and visual branding, which we now use across our online and in-store materials.

They designed our printed and digital menu, as well as digital menu board layouts for in-store screens. They managed professional food photography and edited the images for use on our website and marketing materials. They also produced a short promotional video for our digital menu boards.

In addition, they created and optimised our Google Business Profile, listed our business on Google Maps, and connected it properly with our website. They set up our Facebook business page and helped structure our online presence for better visibility.

After working with Third Bracket, our restaurant’s online presence improved significantly. We started appearing on Google Maps and local search results, which helped more customers find us. Our website gave customers a simple way to view our menu and location, which reduced the number of basic phone enquiries.

Our Google Business Profile started receiving more profile views, calls, and direction requests. Our social media pages also gained real engagement and helped us reach more local customers.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What impressed me most about Third Bracket was their honest pricing and transparency. I spoke with a few local agencies first and their prices were much higher, but they could not clearly explain what I would get for that cost.

Third Bracket explained everything clearly from the beginning, what they would do, how it would help my business, and what the final outcome would look like. Their pricing was affordable, similar to what freelancers charge, but the quality felt like a full professional agency with a real team behind it. I was very happy with the final website, branding, and designs.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Third Bracket could have done differently?

I honestly had a very good experience and I don’t have any major complaints. As I am also new to running my business, everything was a learning process for me as well.

If I had to suggest one small improvement, it would be helpful if they also offered in-house food photography services, as hiring a separate photographer added extra cost. Other than that, I was very happy with the overall service and support.
