Thememakker Infotech LLP

BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the CEO of a company that provides premium eco-friendly chauffeur services in London. We offer luxury vehicles and professional drivers for corporate, VIP, and personal travel, including airport transfers, events, and long-distance journeys.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Thememakker Infotech LLP?

We needed support for an important transport technology project for our operations in East Africa. Our goal was to create a reliable and efficient street pickup solution that could integrate smoothly with our existing driver application.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Thememakker Infotech LLP handled the development and integration of our street pickup solution for our transport operations. The main deliverable was a custom street pickup feature that allows a driver to enter a customer’s name and mobile number, create the ride, and send the request directly into our existing driver app.Their work also included integrating the feature with our production environment, syncing it with our driver system, supporting backend deployment, and making sure the ride request reached the correct driver smoothly and efficiently. They also supported testing, troubleshooting, and technical configuration throughout the project.

What is the team composition?

We worked with 2–5 teammates from Thememakker Infotech LLP.

How did you come to work with Thememakker Infotech LLP?

We found them through a referral. We chose them because their pricing fit our budget and offered good value for the cost.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent less than $10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from September–October 2026.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Thememakker Infotech LLP successfully developed a street pickup feature that allows ride requests to be created quickly and sent directly into our driver app. The integration works smoothly and efficiently and has helped us improve the way drivers receive and manage street pickup jobs. We’re still in the early rollout and testing stage, so we don’t have a large set of formal performance metrics. However, during testing, we’ve seen that street pickup requests are created and sent directly to the correct driver app almost immediately, without the previous manual coordination steps. The main improvement has been in workflow efficiency and reliability: the driver can create the pickup, the system identifies the correct driver, and the ride is delivered into the driver app in one connected process. As we move into wider production use in East Africa, we expect to collect more detailed metrics on assignment time, successful ride creation, and overall reliability.

How did Thememakker Infotech LLP perform from a project management standpoint?

Thememakker Infotech LLP was very professional and delivered on time. We communicated through in-person meetings and emails or messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We were impressed by their ability to understand a very specific operational problem and turn it into a practical working solution. Our street pickup requirement was quite specialized, but Thememakker Infotech LLP understood how it needed to connect with our existing driver system and delivered an integration that worked smoothly and efficiently. We were also impressed by their responsiveness, flexibility, and willingness to solve technical challenges as they came up. Thememakker Infotech LLP was reliable, easy to communicate with, and genuinely committed to making the project work properly for our operations in East Africa.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They only did what we needed.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

We’ve found Thememakker Infotech LLP to be a highly reliable and trustworthy development team. They communicate well, understand the technical requirements, and work hard to find practical solutions when challenges come up. We’re very pleased with the work they’ve delivered so far and would be happy to recommend them to other businesses looking for a dependable technology partner.
