I’m the IT Consultant and Admin of Hydrofit. We provide the widest range of Hydraulics, Pneumatic, Lubrication Supply & Engineering Services to Marine, Oil & Gas, Industrial & Mobile Hydraulics all over the Middle East. Apart from this we are also specialized in Design, TroubleShooting, Overhaul, Test and Supply of all Hydraulics, Oil & Grease Lubrication systems.

We were looking for a solution that would provide an easy workflow to our entire services, marketing, sales and purchase team. It is not an easy task to effectively manage all these tasks and workflows. We discussed our requirements with the development team. It's a massive task to manage all these activities and workflows successfully across all the sectors. Hence an effective erp software solution was the need of the hour.

We wanted to implement a new ERP system for managing our stock, purchase and sales and upgrade the several processes within our organization.They analyzed our current state and looked into what we wanted to be capable of in the future. Since we are not that big of an organization, we wanted a customized solution that could meet our scale and budget. We discussed with the team and they suggested to us this ERP solution- Taskforces.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

We are now able to honor our contracts much faster in fact even before the stipulated time frame. We were able to launch the services with scale, and easily report on workflow activities.

They are very supportive and in some stages, we had more time to discuss changes in a very flexible manner.

Their staff can grasp information quite quickly and give an immediate response to our concerns. Another quality we noted was their professional and systematic approach to analyze a problem and analyze an acceptable solution for it.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

Prior to the use of Taskforces™, ETE business group was finding it quite tough to manage all its employees and their accounts spread across so many different sectors, branches and divisions. By the using Taskforces™, we were able to easily control and supervise the operations across multiple sectors and locations. Payroll management has become an easy task and it has saved us a lot of human effort, thereby increasing productivity within the organization.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Texol managers used Basecamp to communicate with us. And I must say, I was really impressed. They responded on time and understood us very well. Most importantly, they always asked the right questions that was essential for this project.

The scope of the project was to design and develop a website that integrates well with our logo and color schemes. The website needed to be manageable via an admin portal. We needed to display different tour packages and the users need to search for packages. We also wanted the website to have a filter functionality where users will be able to filter out the tour packages with different criteria like price, days etc. we received 3 designs within a few days, all of which looked nice and unique from each other.

We selected one of the designs after consulting with the rest of our team. After we gave confirmation on the design, the development had started. The website was developed in WordPress CMS platform. The development was completed and delivered in one month.

As expected, the new website boosted our lead conversion. A lot of bookings were made through the website which was not possible earlier. We received more offline enquiries than the previous month.
