The agenda was to develop an official website for our project where the user would be introduced to our project and raise their anticipation and interest. Design, read UI & UX, was paramount to us and also seamless functioning of the website despite the traffic etc. Media integration includes videos, 360 images and a ticket booking portal.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The website served as the official page to know learn about our project and book tickets. Our project being a one of a kind Virtual Reality experience, the UI and UX of the website served to perfectly guide the viewer to get an understanding. All our tickets were booked through this website Terrific Minds had developed.

The design and aesthetics were our primary objectives and it had to go through multiple layers of approvals, feedback and a pandemic, at all stages they were extremely supporting and managed the alterations with good spirit.

They were a collection of people with unique experience and mighty talent, a solid team across the board. They always welcomed our ambitious ideas and executed them well all the while bringing in valuable insights. They tackled any challenges we threw at them like any top player would. Our exposure to their work culture is something we find very commendable and inspiring to say the least.

Our experience with them was spot on throughout the project.

I am the Head of Product and Operations for Chennai Super Kings - Digital. CSK is one of the most recognisable Cricket IPL teams, with a global following of 25 Million fans.

For what projects/services did your company hire Terrific Minds, and what were your goals?

Terrific Minds developed the Fan Engagement App for us. The mandate was to migrate the fans from social media, to a deeper engagement on the App. The App had components of Fan Community, Merchandising & e-Commerce platform, and Digital Sponsorship.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Through word of mouth - upon exploring we received positive feedback on their work. The criteria for evaluation were Service Levels, Team Capabilities and Certifications (esp. in Design), Turnaround Times, and Cost.

Project Steps and Key Deliverables were established in the first 30 days. Technologies used were customised to integrate to the existing systems.

We had a team of 3 directly engaging with us on Client Engagement side, including a Director. The full tech team was 7 resources - slightly higher number were engaged due to short TATs.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We are very happy with the overall product. The proof of the pudding is in the fan engagement levels we were able to achieve on the App.

The deliverables were carefully detailed and delivered On-Time. We particularly appreciated the collaborative approach TM had to solve issues.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

TM brought experience with respect to designing for e-commerce side of the app. They had a deep understanding of UX for a wide target audience like ours.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nothing in particular. Overall delivery was more than satisfactory.
