The monitoring platform has to interface with our system via the internet to harvest data, display real-time statistics, and make changes.  They also created two webpages for us. We gave them the documents ahead of time. One is our basic company website, while the other is specifically designed for one of our goods. They created the web design, contact forms, movies, news, effects, and other elements on the website.

Everything was completed by the project deadline. They met all of our requirements, and everything is running properly without any issues. We are quite grateful for this since it is critical, particularly the monitoring system.  

We encountered a significant difficulty, yet everything went well and the project was finished satisfactorily. TEQTOP fully grasped our idea for the website and our target market. We are quite pleased with the results.

They are a pleasure to deal with, and the outcomes are fantastic. We are really delighted. We've had a bigger ROI in the last two months than in the previous three years; the results have been fantastic. Everything they're doing is working.

They're really good. Their team gives a link that displays real-time results of what's happening. It's all quite transparent. We can observe which keywords work and on what platforms. Even though our formal agreement states that the turnaround time is 48 hours, I always hear back within three hours or less. They are incredibly responsive, and we always receive a response from the relevant person. The service is attentive and does an excellent job of answering our queries.

Their person was tasked with working from list of tickets related to technical SEO issues on our website. Her job was to complete a specific set of 3 tickets to start the project that were very simple. She wasn't even able to log into OKTA and access any of our tooling, yet charged us for 15 hours of work.

Nothing. They accomplished nothing and instead attempted to bill us for bogus work we never asked for.

TeqTop were to deliver a Joomla, PHP, solution located across multiple servers and built using a combination of Princes2 and Project management and design processes familiar to us. TeqTop had their own preferences, but were agile enough to work inside our existing management processes. On top of traditional design and building requirements, the brief was also clear on security, data management, access control, and other parameters to protect and safeguard the development process.

A secure, clean , well designed website that provided a maintenance strategy essential for our long term objectives
