I am a CTO at SotaTek - a Top Vietnam Blockchain Company.

For what projects/services did your company hire TEQIE, and what were your goals?

We collaborated with TEQIE to build a Payment platform for the F&B industry.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We met TEQIE representatives at a Blockchain event. We exchanged contacts and kept in touch with other since then. Actually, we partnered and successfully built some projects in the past. Therefore, when having this project's requirements, we immediately thought of TEQIE.

We had a lot of meetings throughout the entire time of the project. We discussed about the design, logo, features/functionality of the platforms, challenges, test and demo of the product, etc. Technologies: React Native, AWS,...

We were with 3 developers, a QC, and a PM.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

It is an ordering and payment platform for the F&B industry. Customers can order directly from their phone by scanning a QR code or with your waiter, as usual. Collect payments online or in person via credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, IDEAL, and more...‍

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

We communicated daily through Skype and called video to discuss more projects through GG Meet.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We can always count on them due to their responsiveness and quality solutions.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No, actually. We are happy to work with them.
