As we were looking for a specific product, which could be customized to meet our requirements we had a complex high-load project with lots of stages. I will point out key steps: -Specification of the enquire and project details, expectations setting. (Here I was impressed by Telesens team professionalism and understanding our needs and market tendencies)

At different stages, we had different specialists involved. In general, we had 3 teams: -Software developers (Oracle, Java, etc.) -QA team -Support and implementation specialists Also, Telesens provided us with an Account manager, who was mediating between us and the development team made communication during the project comfortable and transparent.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We received a highly customizable and scalable interconnect traffic billing solution. With it implementation we moved to automated interaction and highly efficient interconnect management. Important benefit is optimized costs. We are happy with the final product.

I enjoyed our communication during the project. It was always responsive, accurate, and on time. Telesens perfectly fitted in timelines and budget. The Account manager and Head of Development kept us updated about everything what was happening and provide all needed information about the procesess on each stage. Telesens proved high standards of delivery and I recommend it, it's a reliable executor.

Telesens provide a perfect fit customized solution. I believe their ability to adapt in order to meet our inquiries is extremely valuable. Moreover, the opportunities which they can suggest you, basic on their business suite anticipate your needs as a customer.

Can't think of anything. I appreciate that Telesens is providing solutions and 100% involved in their support, maintenance, and customization.

Healthy eating is challenging, despite so many offerings of products and diets. The biggest problem is the lack of systematic nutritional knowledge and complicated process of food logging into existing food trackers.

Telesens created an open platform (a marketplace) where all participants are able to register and offer/buy goods and services over it. The company created an artificial inteligence (AI) that works well with a sovereign database with analysis functions (Big Data).

Also, they were responsible for: - business analysis and project concept refinement - implementation of a Minimal Viable Product (MVP) - deployment of the MVP into the cloud environment integration with external information systems (like food ordering or delivery) - go-live and operational support of the MVP - trial operation analysis and planning of the commercial solution - implementation of the commercial solution.

We were working closely with Telesens' project manager. She was quite creative and created mathematical models in addition to technical tasks, timeline and project management office. PM was in a day-to-day contact with the programmers team.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The mobile application works like a Swiss clocks - no errors or fails. The look and interface made perfectly, so our potential partners were suprised. The only disadvantage during the project was several misunderstandings and different view on design.

As I told before, project manager exceeded our expectations, as she was highly qualified and her work went beyond the established competencies. In addition to the standard PM skills, she offered several business schemes and built several mathematical models that helped a lot during the development stage.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

That's what may be called "made with passion" and not for money only. For startup it's always valuable when you meet people that shares your intentions and aspirations. They have worked more than what we expected, which is reflected in the technical plan.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Yes, in terms of IT and project management everything is good, however design matters may be improved.

Telesens team delivered good work on my project. They investigated possible solutions for the needs of the platform thoroughly. They also provided recommendations on how to move forward.

I really enjoyed working with the team, they were patient and attentive to the questions and concerns I had. We were able to clearly understand what was a need from both sides to make the project move quickly and to be completed on time.

The ability to make new proposals each time has always impressed me during our cooperation. I always felt their strong solid teamwork.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We completed one project after another and everything was good. We found Trello, a fantastic tool, to communicate and track results. The demo was provided at the end of each Phase. I don’t see other ways to improve here.

The communication with Telesens team was excellent. They were very transparent and staffed the project appropriately to meet our timeline.

It was a full cycle software development from gathering requirements, through design and development to design and publishing. It was really well organized work where each member provided qualified part.

The communication with the Project manager was great. He prepared all the necessary documentation and sent us constant status updates. In terms of deadlines, Telesens met them on time. We used different tools to stay in touch, such as Slack, Zoom, Google Hangouts and emails.

The team was productive with cradle attention to detail and was able to complete the project within the estimated timeline. The impeccable management was also impressive.

Everything was done perfectly. Telesens developed the product we envisioned.
