What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We worked off of a work plan. Telesens had deliverables, and we would check off the deliverables as they delivered them. Then we had user acceptance testing, where we went through every single one of the functions with our user group. Overall, the end client was happy with the results.

Telesens performed well in terms of project management. They had challenges because of the pandemic, but I’d say they met those challenges admirably.
We primarily communicated through Google Meet and Zoom meetings.

Vodafone Ukraine is a leading Ukrainian mobile operator providing a wide range of services, including 3G and 4G data transmission, mobile voice communications, messaging, fixed internet and mobile TV. In Ukraine, Vodafone network serves 19,800,000 subscribers. I'm a Senior Project Manager, Projects Implementation Subdepartment, Vodafone Ukraine.

The main task is to replace the current service supplier, to launch a new unified RBT-platform.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
​The key factor for us was the reliability of a supplier. The reputation, experience, and expertise of Telesens were decisive for us as well.

As the project is large and complex its realization was through a number of iterations and stages.
 I’ll specify the main ones:
Initiating of the project, clarification of requirements
Building of a solution and implementation of system capabilities

Approval of test reports, preparation of a solution for commercial exploitation, its launch, and stabilization

Different departments were involved in the project: Sales and Financial Departments, Development Team, and Quality Assurance specialists. In total there were about 15 people.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
The T-RBT is a solution for operators, subscribers, and content providers platform for high quality personalized audio content instead of “long beeps”. The T-RBT software package allows us to modernize voice services, move to a new online and offline integration level, and minimize operating costs.

Our experience with Telesens specialists, their expert knowledge, and effective communication skills have become the key to the success and implementation of the project. Their team is well-organized, which was vital for our complex project. I want to emphasize that the process itself was transparent. We were communicating closely with the T-RBT project manager from Telesens side as a result we were always on track.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Their customer-oriented approach to interaction, schedule management, and transparent process was impressive. They have the ability to monitor operations, check the actual status of project progress. Their managers’ ability to make changes and control variables, and implement agreements was unique.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
We are satisfied with the product at this stage. In the future, we wait for the system to have new possibilities and change requests.

The introduction of a completely new billing system for mutual settlements with telecom operators Tinterconnect, which allowed MTS to increase the efficiency of the interconnect business by increasing the completeness and accuracy of settlements with partners, timely invoicing and the rapid launch of new services, including content delivery services.

Telesens IT LLC is a developer and supplier of software products and IT services primarily for the telecommunications market. We managed to negotiate on favorable terms.

Difficult and multi-stage work: installation and testing process, trial operation and confirmation of the readiness of the T-IC system for continuous operation. The T-IC system uses a two-tier client-server architecture: Client - T-IC operates under OS MS Windows (XP, Vista). Server - Any platform that supports Oracle can be used as the hardware for the database server and call server. The T-IC system is operated on the following types of servers: SUN platform running Solaris. HP platform running HP-UX. Intel platform running AIX. Intel x86 platform running Linux.

Many divisions took part - the IT department, the marketing department, the development department, the implementation and support department, the finance and investment department.

We have automated such processes as: Accounting and analysis of traffic between operators; Calculation of the cost of traffic in accordance with the terms of the agreements; Formation of data for invoicing partners; Control of invoices issued by interconnect partners.
