Husssl (Teksati) are working with my company Essential Fire Services to develop a new mobile App and administration panel to automate our reporting processes, improve SLAs, increase site productivity and provide a platform to upscale our servicing bandwidth.

• Detailed prototypes for UX design and review. 
• Continued App development for testing and use in a live environment.

They have been very responsive and open to ideas. They use a great online tool called Figma to build a virtual prototype, which is a great way to communicate ideas and leave notes for the design team.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I am very impressed with the engagement from the Husssl design team to help develop and grow the idea of the App. Everything is open and transparent, and they check in with you at relevant stages to get sign-off on the designs. Yasmin, Nicola, and the team work virtually but are very responsive, and open to face-to-face meetings.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Teksati [Husssl Ltd] could have done differently?

Software development can be a very complicated, and it's hard to give a concrete eta. I would have liked to have more communication during the development stage once the design part is finished. However I have been getting regular updates on the next version development.

I came to the company with the idea to develop a home organisation app for university students. My key criteria for this service were that the app should be:

Over the last five months, Husssl has deigned, branded and are now developing this app. They have done this within the allowed time frame and for a reasonable price.

Husssl created my app within the allocated time frame, they have also done this for a reasonable price and have implemented all the features and adjustments I have requested.

Their project management was fantastic, they have always been on schedule and have completed the project within the allocated time-frame. Additionally, they have responded positively and effectively to all my needs.

The diversity of skills that this company offers, having professionals in many different disciplines including app design and graphic design.

The only comment I have for the company was that I did not get on well with the Slack system (messaging app) as such I tended to communicate with the company via email.

Created a business plan that captures the companies Vision, Mission, Values, Market Research, Client objectives and Financial forecast. Alongside a landing page to assist with capturing Pre-sign ups and showcasing the company benefits and we are continuing to work on the Prototype.

I was successful in securing grant funding towards the project due to the Robust Business plan and unwavering support from the team at Husssl. I am in the process of having another application be considered and it has already passed the first stage of checks, this I believe is due to the professional and in-depth business plan that Husssl supported me with.

Husssl gave me the time and attention I needed at every stage of this project, always considerate, courteous and kind, they are always willing and on hand to help. They regularly kept me up to date with ETA's on each step of the journey with completing the business plan, landing page and as we continue on this process, they are always happy to support with professionalism and enthusiasm.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What has really impressed me about Husssl is their enthusiasm and passion for the work that they do. Their approach to working on projects is completely client centred. They always check in that as a client, that you are happy with how things are progressing, the finer details, the design. They ensure that you are confident and overjoyed with the product that you receive. 

Their positive team spirit and heartfelt nature give us a sense that we're looked after well, your opinions, thoughts and feelings are considered and that your project is in good hands. I would highly recommend them to anyone, the time and energy that they will give to you and your project is invaluable.

I run a small successful specialised real estate company which is focused on a particular segment of the commercial market. We have grown over the years, but we were still manually measuring, photographing, and describing our buildings, which in some cases are massive. We can use existing plans, but a part of our value add is to audit the spaces and ensure it is being fully utilised.

 We wanted to computerise the way we gathered the information about a property so that it took less time for our team; so that we could be more accurate; and so that when we went on to make suggestions about new configurations of the spaces, we would not have to go back to the drawing board. 

We wanted a mobile app and some way of HQ seeing the details andcreate reports for us and our clients. Husssl advised us we should have some kind of web-based admin panel so that we can view and manage jobs from a desktop.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• They produced an amazing app that my onsite surveyors use, and a console that I use daily to manage the jobs and the team.

Overall this is a very good team. They were rarely late with milestones, if anything it was me who slowed things down. On the occasions that they needed more time, the good thing was they were good at communicating so I was never left worrying about what was going on.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The Husssl Ltd team was professional, highly-engaged, and honest. I enjoyed working with them and actually looked forward to meetings with them. Very hardworking good team. Professional, fair and reasonable and pricing. They were patient with me while I was figuring out what I needed.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Husssl Ltd could have done differently?

They could probably do with a bigger team
