We contacted Tekglide to help us deliver a project, specifically the front-end development of a Magento 2 Build. The one key deliverable was to ensure that the new build matched the Figma designs exactly.

They delivered the website development as per the Figma designs, and they delivered on time and within budget. They made amendments as necessary without extra cost to the project, and they always communicated well.

They did deliver items on time and always responded quickly and efficiently and even provided solutions where in some instances we weren't able to.

The measurable outcomes have been the constant and weekly communication between the Project Manager Asif Hafeez and I. He has been very valuable, positive, and supportive throughout this process. The whole team that I have come into contact with in some form has been very dedicated, helpful, and professional. I have felt very comfortable throughout this process working with TekGlide.

Asif has been on point with how he has managed this project. He has always made himself available within a timely manner with a response to suggestions, questions, or concerns that I may have had. He has also reached out to check on me on several ocassions to see how I am doing if he hasn't heard from me in a few days.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was just overall impressed with how Ali, the President of the company, took the time out of his schedule to meet with me virtually to discuss what TekGlide offers and how they can be of help to me. He took the time out to answer all of questions and responded back to documents that I needed a signature for within a timely manner. From my experiences, most Presidents of a company are not active in those types of settings. They usually have their team of employees to interact throughout the process.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Tekglide could have done differently?

As with any company, nothing is perfect, but there is truly nothing that I can think of that TekGlide can improve on. When I have questions or concerns, they're handled with excellent customer service and in a timely manner, which is very important to me.

Most daily communication was done through basecamp, with a weekly virtual meeting to communicate project status. Content was shared through Dropbox, Vimeo and other online links. Communication was timely, and feedback was addressed quickly.

Tekglide was given the task to redesign our website and create a hybrid Ecommerce and service website complete with a large amount of categories, subcategories, and designs for each page. The time to completion was great, and it was on par with our expectations. I was very happy with the outcome. 

The key deliverables were as follows:

• Homepage redesign
• Integration with Spark Shipping for product logistics and shipping
• Creation of each category, and sub category
• Product page design
• Consulting on getting it all set up,
• and expert knowledge about Ecommerce

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I have to say, the project exceeded my expectations, and I was extremely happy with the outcome. I was especially happy working with the employee that assigned to my project, Asif. Asif was super responsive, conscientious, it seemed like he really cared about our individual needs, and he was very knowledgeable about Ecommerce Website Development in general.

Working with someone like me who is knew to Ecommerce, Asif put my mind at ease. I thoroughly enjoyed working with him and the Tekglide team. The project came out great, and to the level of quality that I expected from the project. I will definitely be working with the Tekglide team again on future web development, and Ecommerce web development projects. - John Park

The project management team member who was assigned to my project, Asif, was awesome. He was very responsive, listened and solved all of my questions and concerns, extremely knowledgable, and he saw my project through to completion. The project was completed on time, and all sections of the project were completed on time and typically even sooner than expected. I was very happy working with Asif and the entire Tekglide team!

No BS, they came through on their promises, didn't leave me hanging, and saw the project through to completion, on budget, on time, and it was a lot better than I thought it would look. I am very happy!

Are there any areas for improvement or something Tekglide could have done differently?

As far as the project, I have no complaints. In fact, I think they could use a better sales process/sales team because they offer such a great service! When I first called in to Tekglide, there was no automatic call attendant or anything that said "thank you for calling Tekglide," Ali just answered the phone, and this gave me a lower impression at first, but Ali was a great sales person and talked me through everything, and the service I got from Asif and the web development team was excellent.
