We are online retailer, we sell products for home

For what projects/services did your company hire Tecziq Solutions, and what were your goals?

We needed a website and since we do not have internal resources, we wanted to outsorce the Presta webshop setup

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were contacted by email from the company. We had an online introductory meeting and after that we set the project by email communication.

We are a desig company so we made our own design of the web shop. The Tecziy solutions team developed the Presta shop webshop for us. With integration of special modules that we needed.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

A project manager was our main contact. There were some other developers but we had contact with one person.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The site is very new, but we estimate the increase of traffic in the following weeks.

We communicated by email, communication was prompt and answers were quick

They have a lot of experience in Prestashop development. They impressively helped us with the technical terms and definitions.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

After the first project, we would like to continue cooperation with integrating some additional modules and do some extra features on the web shop.
