I asked Tecziq to building our website by using PHP without wordpress. Separated language. and I explained it many times. We agreed to build 3 domains, every domain will be separated. not related by them.

I didn't know them before. but they sent email and I checked their website. I think they are professional and respectable company. I discussed with them about all what I want and explained everything before transferred the money

after they got the money, I was waiting more than 2 months to get the first domain. It's so bad and I was wondered. Because, the domain wasn't professional. They tricked me. When I asked them to solve the problems, they refused and asked more money. When any web developer check any of them, the web developer ask me to build them again from the beginning.

If you check any of the domains, you can see and understand Tecziq is as an amateur or those who work under the stairs. I got so bad services. They refused to repair any problem. They want more money when I want them to choose color or doing anything which we agreed. They are so bad company. I think

TECZIQ is the worst Indian company. I told them many times, Tecziq and the teamwork stole my money. They ignored me and my emails. They refused to do what we agreed Worst Indian company :((( and stole my money

Ony Jitesh who was contacted me. as a marketer as he said to me in depending the bad services, I don't think there's a company called TECZIQ, I think only one man and have a freelance teamwork I was tricked by them after TECZIQ got all the money

so bad design, the translation them which they use, is so bad and didn't translate it. the web is so slowly, You can't open it by your mobile, because you will see so bad design and so bad arrangement. I agreed with another web developer to build new website again or try to change what fuck TECZIQ did

They ignored my emails, and most of time, I didn't get any answer. I felt it's my mistake because I chose this Indian company I think I won't deal with any other Indian companies because you can't get your rights or you won't refund your money again

Tecziq Solutions has a lot of experience in tricking more customers and getting their money.  As I said, TECZIQ is like an amateur and it's teamwork is working under the stairs

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Yes, I wish If I can refund my money and remove all what did TECZIQ does I wish if I didn't deal with them BUT It's impossible :(

To begin with, we had a couple of meetings to decide on our goals and expectations. This stage was most crucial as we were aligned on the deliverable. We received a set of themes to pick from and share the feedback. This enabled us to follow the custom-tailor approach for each page i.e., Main Page, Contact Us, Services, etc.

I have worked with 3 people including a project manager, a designer, and a QA resource during the final phase.

I like the way their documentation was presented, it was thorough. We had no problem in the implementation of their design and the overall appeal is user-friendly.

There has been a notable increase in the site traffic by 60% and we continue to hear positive feedback and compliments from the visitors about the design and convenient navigation.

The team at Tecziq Solutions was easy to communicate with and provided us with frequent updates. All our meetings were comprehensive and solution-oriented. The SLAs were acknowledged with minimal to no roadblocks.

2020 was a challenging year worldwide. Even though Tecziq was confronted with some challenges as well, they continued to deliver their service as promised.

There were phases in the project when I expected faster feedback or progress. Sometimes I had the impression I had to push the project ahead or to press to the end.
