Scope was to build a business class application with multi-tenancy that supported strict user and account permissions. Within this to further build out a file management system governed by those permissions. And finally implement an AI and vector DB engine behind these files to allow the user to interact with these file repositories through chat.

We have a functional application that appears to meet the requirements we set out to achieve when the project began.

We worked in sprints. We would agree on the work going into each sprint. We would review the work for acceptance and feedback at sprint completion. When we were satisfied, we would then close the current sprint and move to setting objectives for the next sprint. For the most part things were delivered on time. They were open to feedback as it arose.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Company was fairly easy to work with. The timezone differences made syncing up challenging. They would often work late to accommodate our schedule. It seemed that the team there was made up of many talented people with varied skills. It was really like working with a turnkey shop.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Techwink Services could have done differently?

I think the devils in the details. For me, there's sometimes an assumption on how something should be implemented, and if I don't expressly articulate it, we'd wind up having to rework things. I think the team works well when given precise instructions. When left to make decisions on their own, especially around UX, I would prefer if they checked with us before committing it to code only to be reworked later.

As the President of the I Got MInd, there are many hats I have to wear. One hat I knew I could not was being the IT expert. I had to find someone who could build my vision.

I found Techwink on Fiverr and interviewed them to see if they would be a fit. I needed a new web design and incorporate a Learning Management System which I knew would need someone with experience. My budge was limited as were the timelines, it was not an easy request.

Ripul answered all of my questions and provided insights I had not thought of. He stood out and his customer service was great. I had hired a company before oversees and my experience was not good. Ripul put me at ease and I trusted he and his team could provide what I wanted.

We went through the rebuild of the site, and found a theme that would work for the site and the LMS. We spent a great deal of time also figuring out how to host it so it can handle the volume as the company grew. It was seamless and everything was delivered on time and as promised.

I am unsure how many of his team worked on the project as Techwink has a team of specialists. Ripul coordinated all the work and when I woke up in the morning I could see all of the updates; it worked really well.

Each time we have had to make changes they were discussed, and alternatives were provided. It was always on budget and on time.

The communication has always been good with Techwink, when we have adjustments to make we meet and discuss a course of action and then it is all handled. They make it very easy.

I really like the timelines. As an entrepreneur, I have had to learn a lot about the systems and Techwink has handled issues quickly and effectively.
