What challenge were you trying to address with Techware Solution?

Our primary challenge was building an e-commerce website for consumer food products.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We approached Techware Solution with our requirements, and they developed a good website for us. We continued the relationship on a support basis and ongoing design. Techware Solution is also working on a catalog for our company, and we have done four or five other jobs for our group.

Techware Solution made a few suggestions to us technology-wise, but our main consideration was the cost when choosing a platform.

One year ago, we were introducing a new brand. It was brought to market, and we started its marketing. We used Techware Solution for poster and banner design. They have a very good behind-the-scenes team for this area, and I continue to assign them work.

How did you come to work with Techware Solution?

Techware Solution came as a reference from a friend from college. I approached them and met Techware Solution's owner. I did consider a wide variety of companies, some of which we had used on past projects.

How much have you invested with Techware Solution?

The overall cost has been between 2 and 3 Lakhs. [200,000–300,000 Indian Rupees, or between $3,000 and $4,600]

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Techware Solution at the beginning of 2015. The website was completed in a few months, along with its subsequent changes.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Could you share any evidence that would demonstrate the productivity, quality of work, or the impact of the engagement?

We haven't approached Techware Solution for any SEO [search engine optimization] or marketing work. They've designed our posters and other material, but we are using a separate marketing team altogether. My business concentrates on the food industry, and we only needed backend support services from Techware Solution. They did not provide any solution meant to increase our website's visibility or overall sales.

The website provided by Techware Solution has been working wonderfully. There haven't been many bugs to fix. My sister was in charge of testing the site, and she gave me the go-ahead for it.

How did Techware Solution perform from a project management standpoint?

Techware Solution can work on any tasks we've given them, so, as a customer, it's always a pleasure to use them. There are cases when, after entering into a contract with a company, they will break all contact later on. Thankfully, Techware Solution has responded to my emails and issues and took care of everything. Our customers gave us very good reviews on our brochures and other collateral.

What did you find most impressive about Techware Solution?

The design team is very good, and their response time is prompt. It should be noted that I am working out of the same timeframe as Techware Solution's team, though. They've always clarified any confusion on our side.

Are there any areas Techware Solution could improve?

I don't think so, but I may not be the best person to reply to this question, as I have not used their entire solutions. As far as the works they have done for me  It is to my liking, and I would go to Techware Solution for more work.

What tips or recommendations could you share that might increase the likelihood of success with Techware Solution?

It is always good to have the design team explore multiple possibilities. I recommend giving Techware Solution the scope data and letting them go wild, explore, and provide solutions. If we're not happy, we can always go for something else.
