We are in Electro-chemical based industry. We are a group of dynamic & highly experienced IIT Engineers in the field of CORROSION PREVENTION & CATHODIC PROTECTION to safeguard important infrastructures, installations & facilities from corrosion. We offer full array of material, Installation, testing, maintenance & total project management. I am the Technical Head and Director of the Company.

We wanted to modify our existing website and we had requiremet of some CRM solution for our project management and employee management and we needed email services as well. That's why we contacted Techscooper. Our goal was to improve and modernized our existing website and also we wanted to introduce some of our products through new website. And later on after getting good results from Techscooper team, we decided to develop our new CRM on Project Management.

For website development work there was one project manager, one designer and one developer. Our point of contact was the assigned project manager. And for CRM development there was one full stack developer and one php developer with the same project manager.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Before our website was in very poor condition and now due to modernization our reputation is grown in our industry as well as now we are getting good amount of lead through lead funnel developed by Techscooper team. We are able to make our project management and internal team organized with the help of CRM solution.

The project was managed in very organized manner. And team also delivered in assigned timeline. Due to this we are able to launch our website in scheduled time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The development team of TechScooper is very good and they manage project very nicely. There was few out of scope things after the development, but the team also done that in very feasible manner.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I don't think there is much improvement needed by the development team. As a customer if someone gets more than what they expected, then there should not be any point of discussion for any flaws.

Myself Chinmoy Das, currently I am working as CEO of Dream Electrical Wires & Watts. I am also the founder of the company. We are Telecom industry based company providing telecom tower and BTS installation services throughout the country.

We got reference from one of the partner company who knew TechScooper and the Founders as well. TechScooper worked for several company in my industry whom I know and I have seen their past work as well.

There are several features included in the website, starting from Live Chat, Service and Portfolio Listing and many more. The technology used for the website is PHP. The complete project took almost 8 weeks as their was several custom features were available.

A project manager and a senior management person was always available for any query and information sharing. Apart for that their was two developers and testing & QA team was included throughout the project.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

There was several errors and faults on our previous website. But in new one we overcome those problems and now I don't hesitate to show our website to anyone due to it's modern look. About the outcomes, yes we received positive feedbacks from our clients and due to that we were able to generate more leads and projects.

Team were always available for any query and doubts. Generally we used to have zoom calls for the demonstration and tracking the progress every week.

They are very supportive and their inputs in the project really helped us to have an excellent website. I can say their designers are excellent and give us everything what we needed or whatever we had in our mind.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Yes, we are thinking about adding some more features and more information to the website and we will try to implement those as soon as possible with the TechScooper Team.

Hello, myself Kaushik Basu, and I am the Founder and MD of ATS Food Pvt Ltd. We started ATS food in 2019 and now it is functional in several cities and providing online food delivery services through our ATS Food mobile app, which is developed and maintained by TechScooper.

We reached to TechScooper for the development of our mobile app for our online business of delivering food from local restaurants.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to develop an android mobile app through which users can search their desired restaurants in the locality and order their favorite food or cuisines. The app should contain all the necessary features starting from Delivery boy tracking, online payment, offers & coupon codes, etc.

How did you select TechScooper?

There was a similar app running in our locality for food delivery. We have done some research regarding that app and found that the app is also designed and developed by TechScooper. From there we contacted Techscooper and scheduled a meeting to discuss our requirements.

Describe the project in detail.

In the beginning, the TechScooper team worked on the design and UI of the android app and once it is finalized from our side they started implementing functionality.

Parallelly team was working on the backend development and once it is done they deployed it to the play store for beta testing, then they started working on Restaurant and delivery boy app. Still, they are maintaining this app and adding new features and services on day by day basis.

What was the team composition?

In the beginning, a UI designer was introduced, who was engaged with us for the designing of the app, once that is done, as far as I know, a full stack developer and an android developer was engaged for mobile app development and backend development. Once everything is done, their testing and QA team taken the charge.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

In the span of 3-4 months of the app launch in the play store, we launched our business to 7-8 cities and now we are planning to move it to 20 cities by the end of the year.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

A project manager was assigned from their side and a team from our side was always in contact with them to discuss and information sharing. We used to schedule a progress meeting every week to see the progress.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They were excellent at what they do, and we were very grateful to have them as our digital partner. Because of their excellent support we completely rely on them. Now we are planning to engage more people from TechScooper team as we grow in other cities.

For branding, digital marketing, and PR related task there is around 2-3 employees are engaged with us including a strategic consultant. After revamping our website and Digital Marketing strategy our enrollments increased a lot. We are seeing a tremendous effort from the team and it's giving excellent results.

Foodiegate is an online food ordering and delivery platform. With this platform, users can order food from their desired restaurant through our mobile app and website, and we’ll deliver the food to their doorstep without delay. I am the founder and CEO of this company.

We started our conversation with TechScooper regarding the website and portal for the platform. After completing the development for that, they’ve started working on the mobile apps.

What were your goals for this project?

I wanted to have a user-friendly interface for our mobile apps as well as for the website so that users wouldn’t have any problem ordering their desired food. TechScooper is helping us achieve this.

At first, they developed our website, which looks really good. After that, they worked on the customer portal and created some portals for restaurants. 

Then, we started with a web view mobile app. Once we got good responses from users, they developed an Android app for the platform with three views: one for the user, another for the delivery staff, and the final for restaurants. Right now, they are developing an iOS version.

What was the team composition?

In the beginning, there were two web developers and one project manager. After that, they’ve assigned one Android developer for the mobile apps and a project manager, who has guided us throughout the development.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Obviously, they are just brilliant at digital marketing. They’ve helped us a lot on SEO and other digital marketing prospects. Apart from that, everything has been good.

They’ve managed the project very effectively. The project manager is also technical in all aspects, so he’s aware of everything—what we need from a technical standpoint and what we’re going through during development.

They are brilliant at handling clients and as well as projects. Their developers are world-class and give us everything we need to achieve our goals.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I think they need to engage more developers for the mobile app development. But they’ve informed me that engaging too many developers on the same project would complicate the work.
