The project was delivered well in time. They accommodated, quite a few new requests as well. Of course it took some additional time, but it was acceptable as they delivered features even beyond the original scope of work. The project management was prompt and various improvements were also suggested in our existing process. All the needs were promptly fulfilled.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Ability to understand the business needs. Human Organ Donation is not a simple activity. They took keen interest in understanding the complete journey of the operations. They ensured no stone remained unturned. The team was quite flexible and accommodating. There were also quite a few technically challenging tasks which were very well handled by their team.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Techno Softwares could have done differently?

Since this was an evolutionary development, there was not much that Techno Softwares could do, but if they could have done a bit more of documentation and user manual then it would have been better for the users.

Techno Software's assisted Surface Art with redevelopment and optimization of our eCatalog Store. The new portal has innovative features including a tile calculator for precise measurements and floor visualization tools, Integration with OMS, ERP and other 3rd party Platforms. 

With Sage integration for quantity checking, orders are accurately processed. Clients experience a seamless ordering process, enhancing efficiency and accuracy. The aim was to have a high converting, user friendly website that can be used by B2B as well as B2C Customers.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After the launch of our website, we have gained a significant increase in website traffic and the amount of time that each user is spending on our site looking for products.

Because they are on a different time zone then we are it was nice to be able to send an issue over during my workday and know it would be addressed by the time i came in the next day.

Because of the different time zones if there is an issue with our website that needs immediate attention it can be harder, but we knew this going into the contract.

I’m the creative director of Purely Lush, a handcrafted footwear brand. We design and manufacture footwear with an Indian cultural inspiration.

What challenge were you trying to address with Techno Softwares?

We wanted to build an e-commerce site that would provide a comfortable and easy experience to customers.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Techno Softwares developed our website on WordPress, and they’re providing SEO and social media marketing services. We generally promote the social media posts that seem to be doing well. Sandeep (Founder & CEO) gives us a lot of input on how to provide a smooth e-commerce experience.

What is the team composition?

We’ve worked with 3–4 people from Techno Softwares, including one project manager, one designer, and a couple of developers.

How did you come to work with Techno Softwares?

They were referred to me by someone who was very happy with the work that Techno Softwares did for them. We received quotes from other people as well, but this company gave us a very detailed and promising proposal. They also involved their top management into the discussion.

How much have you invested with them?

I’ve invested close to 600,000 Indian rupees (approximately $8,200 USD) so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Techno Softwares in June 2019, and the website went live in July 2020. They’re continuing to provide maintenance and digital marketing services.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Over a period of 6–8 months, we went from not ranking at all to being on the first page of Google results for major keywords. We have good organic reach because of Techno Softwares’ work. 

The digital marketing work they’ve done has gotten me a lot of conversions, starting from the first few months. We don’t have a PPC budget, so all the results are due to Techno Softwares’ organic work. The designs they delivered are exactly what I was expecting.

How did Techno Softwares perform from a project management standpoint?

We have weekly Skype calls and we use Trello for project management. I put all my tasks and requirements there, and they complete them based on priority. Nothing is ever delayed. Techno Softwares always met our timelines. Their project manager has given me a lot of inputs on how to make the site better.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The involvement of their top management stands out. I think that few companies offer this. If I have an issue, I can get in contact with their CEO at any time of day or night. That’s made things much easier and more comfortable. I enjoy working with them a lot.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I’ve had a good experience so far and there’s nothing I could mention for them to improve.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

Coming to them with precise requirements will make things easier for both parties. I did a lot of research and was clear on what kind of flow I wanted for the website.

For what projects/services did your company hire Techno Softwares?

We wanted our offline model to be taken online so that it can be used anywhere regardless of the geography. We hired Technosoftwares for creating an app for this model.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted a platform agnostic app where the Donor, Volunteer and Recipient could be connected- similar to Uber app. The objective was to create this ecosystem of these three personas in different geographies to help feed the needy.

SOLUTION

How did you select Techno Softwares?

We looked at different companies on multiple platforms to get the right partner onboard. We had the constraint of limited budget. We needed someone to develop an app which is cost effective not only in the creation but also in maintaining as we go forward. Technosoftwares clearly stood out in the way they approached it and have continued to execute on it even today

Technosoftwares were partners in eth real sense. After the initial discovery phase, they came back with detailed tech specs and phase wise plan. We made changes along the way as we ourselves learned along the way, but our partners were flexible and we did not have issues despite minor changes along the way

Sandeep who is the CEO was directly involved though we did have an assigned project manager.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our app has just been released in prod and we are sure that we will have good number of hits as we start with the social media campaign now

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We used to have weekly calls and beside the project team, Sandeep was always there

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was blown away by their commitment to this project. Sandeep was always there and in some cases leading the discussion.

Are there any areas for improvement?

We did have a small hiccup when one of the critical resource went out of office due to family emergency, but I guess that could happen with anyone in any org. With the kind of backup plan and involvement of Sandeep, we did not have any issues
