From our vision, they created what the app would look like. We also went back and forth on the flow of the app. From there, the development team was very engaged which we appreciated.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Weekly updates via spreadsheet were extremely helpful. If I needed an update or clarification sooner, I would ask and receive it. Each big step of the project was delivered with a virtual meeting.

Most items were delivered on time. If they weren't, we would get on a call and the development team would relay the cause of the delay. Communication was very good and delays were all within reason.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We were extremely happy with the final product of the app and the price we paid for this MVP. Also, the development team is outstanding.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Technbrains could have done differently?

The project management team is great. My only suggestion is to keep the same level communication with the client through the project as they had when trying to get us to become clients.

Had to get the MVP of the app up. This included finishing the automation for emails with chronjobs and google functions based on database entries. Also they had to get the app delivered to phones.

• the emails are personalized and automated

They were thorough and complete. it wasn't quite as responsive as I was hoping as the project did get dragged out. I was okay with it getting dragged out a bit (and some of it was on me being a bit slow to respond) but responses would drag out to the next day too often.

Good development work for a good price

just more responsive, and attentive. Project probably could have been completed much faster. But it wasn't a big deal to me. that is got done and for the price were to two most important things to me.
