In fact, they actively pushed us to complete the project as early as possible, ensuring they gathered proper feedback from us. We also really valued the way they integrated their team with ours. We mostly communicated in person because we had a representative, but we also use email and Slack.

We provided them with a basic outline of our requirements, and they came back to us with a proposal describing how the user flows and journeys worked and how we could improve the UX in terms of features. After we signed the proposal, we started the wireframing process, during which they provided us with a basic sketch of the website. Once we confirmed it, they initiated the design process. After we finalized the designs, we moved on to the development phase. This phase took about 3–4 months and included bug fixing and resolving any issues we raised. Once everything was sorted, we launched the website. They built the site using the MERN stack.
