I previously designed my own author website. It was very basic and not effective. I hired Techformia to design a better page, which they did. They then offered a marketing service to expand my book sales. This project continues on a month-by-month basis.

A visually pleasing website that highlighted my work. The result is difficult to quantify, but it's visually pleasing and well-received. The next step--developing and implementing a marketing strategy--is in development.

I have good visibility into the SEO aspect of their work and it pleases me. I don't have as much visibility as I would like regarding where the social media posts and articles are being provided. Other than that, I am appreciative of their efforts.

No, there aren’t any. It comes down to the details. The more specific we are about our website, the better our experience has been. Techformia LLC can do the work; however, they need our ideas to make it our own.

To compete website to the point of working comerce. Complete deigns and produce business cards and stickers and plaques.

For each aspect of my website development and implementation Jay was always waiting for me. When I asked for something that needed to be done by a specific time, Jay has delivered above and beyond what's expected. I never feel like he's ever ignoring me and I know that if I send him a message or a question, he would respond in a quick manner.

The personal attention I receive from one person and not from his supervisor or did he ever pass me on to someone else. He is my sole contact and I like that.

Absolutely not. When there were times that I needed something besides my web development, Jay responded, "yea, I can do that .." which surprised me and I was relieved that I didn't have to go elsewhere and have to expain my situation all over again!
