We hired techbanq for our user-experience journey amendments along with our cloud server cost optimization, the project was initially designed for 4 weeks which was implemented on time and we than extended our project and including the user-retention product research.

Our goal was to optimize the cost, which they helped us reduce 70% of on our cloud cost, also they have helped us increase 15% of our retention of customers by recommending small tweaks.
