Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the CTO of my company which is headquartered in Kanpur,Uttar Pradesh. We are working in affiliate marketing / CPA / CPC Network.Our company consists of 12+ employees.

For what projects/services did your company hire Tech Soft Labs?

We hired this company to work for affiliate network integration by web development and mobile application development.

What were your goals for this project?

The goal of my affiliate marketing program is to bring in revenue, and savvy affiliate marketers set short- and long-term income objectives to push them to continually increase the value of their services by using this project.

How did you select this vendor?

Firstly , my team searched online for application / web developers on the various websites like up work , freelancer, etc. And then we created the list based on the work on their websites.Then our team have contacted to each company that was listed and then secondly , we had shortlisted only three companies.It was hard,but we had finally selected the company based on the quality of their proposal, the price which was very good and their keenness towards work.

Finally,after selection of company we had done a series of meetings to discuss our goals.After that for first one to two weeks we received the mockups and designs for the mobile and web applications.After that the few meetings are done again and discussions with our team we finalized the designs.Then company contacted us to done the meeting with wireframes and concept for other modules as well in the application.

What was the team composition?

We have been assigned a team of total 6 members including as below: 1.Project Manager 2.Team Lead 3.Developers 4.Designer

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

By this project,we were making things easier for affiliate marketing and generate leads and traffic.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The complete team that was assigned to us is providing regular communication with my team, and sending time to time update of each and every module and maintain the speed also for each module and achieved the deadline as well.I will definitely reached to this company again in future for my work and recommend to others also for their work.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was impressed by this company which consists of experience developers and ready to work towards their work with keenness and work in a smart way. The team works with dedication in a smart way, and they deliver the project on time.

Are there any areas for improvement?

The work done by this company was done in a smart and excellent way and speed too is also managed,so i am very much satisfied with their work and company too.

I am the project manager of my company headquarter in New Delhi. Our company consists of 30+ employees. We are serving across the India for education systems by providing ERP - IOT EDUCATION system.

We hired this company for the Education Management System. In that we have decided to develop the mobile applications in Android platform,IOT devices integration(RFID ,UHF devices,Biometric devices,etc...),Web Development in Angular Js Platform,Backend development using elastic search,java,spring ,hibernate.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to provide the easy and helpful platform to education sector,so that they can do their work in an easy and smart way . For that we decided to develop the mobile and web apps for them. And these to be interested in a simple ,user-friendly platform and provide the easy updates from our end to solve their queries.

First of all, my team searched online for app developers on the various websites.And them we compiled the list based on the portfolios on their websites.Then our team have contacted to each company that are listed and then we have shortlisted only two companies.

It was little bit hard,but we finally selected the vendor based on the quality of their final proposal,their willingness towards work and the price point which felt was very fair.Once if we like their work ,then we proceed with them in future as well.

After that the few meetings are done again and discussions with our marketing team we finalized the designs.Then vendor contacted us done the meeting with wireframes and concept for other modules as well in the application.

At Starting,we were assigned a project manager to support us and also the main point of contact throughout the project .

After that we have provided with the team lead , including two mobile app developers (Android),two backend developers(java,elastic search,spring ,hibernate),one web developer(Angular Js),one Graphics designer(UI/UX),one documentation / architectural designer.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We achieved the target according to the schedule that we have discussed in the starting and get reviews from end users which are remarkable and it has been a user-friendly application.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

As the project manager we have been assigned was giving frequent updates. We contacted on the phone atleast once a week and use Slack for all other communication.

Overall i was satisfied and impressed with timeline they are following to complete the project .We also received ample warnings as well ,if any deadline was not gone to be met for any module,which only happened once,rest had been gone well.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was impressed by this company that it contains most experience developer for filed that i required. We learned much more than we thought possible. We were appreciative that they were patient and thoughtful when we came up to speed.

We have worked with companies as well,but this company was a great experience.I will definitely engage with this company again, if we need in future.

Are there any areas for improvement?

As everything should be done in a faster way and we are satisfied with their work at every step.At the end , i want to tell that quality is more important and we had ended with a beautiful product.
