We needed help with mobile app development.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Tech Exactly helped us build a mobile app; it’s a recipe app where we have multiple drinks recipes for our employees, and they made it for both iOS and Android. Search is one of the functions they created, which helps our staff find the recipe easily.

We worked with their project manager and 3–4 developers.

I found them in a Google search. I wanted someone who was the best and cost-effective, and Tech Exactly met both criteria.

We spent $10,000 with them.

We worked together from October–December 2021.

The quality of work was good, and if something wasn’t right, they fixed it immediately — I’m happy with the overall results.

How did Tech Exactly perform from a project management standpoint?

Project management was excellent, and communication was good; they were reachable, had defined timeliness, and used accessible communication channels like email, phone calls, and Zoom.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They understood the project's scope and made themselves accessible throughout the process.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don't think there's anything they can improve on — everything was as it should have been.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

If you need a mobile app, you should go with them. They’re outstanding; they’re cost-effective, don’t ask for extreme prices, are reasonable, and deliver quality work.
