I am the president and owner of a cashless payment processing company in Minnesota.

I knew nothing about website development, so I hired Tech Bytes to develop my company's website.

I work with Dustin (Owner).

I met Dustin about 10 years ago, and he’s been my go-to web developer for a while. So, he was the first person I reached out to when I needed this website developed.

What is the status of this engagement?

I began working with Tech Bytes in January 2013 and our partnership is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I measure Tech Bytes’ success through website traffic and user response. Happily, there has been a lot of traffic to the site, and users find it very easy to navigate. We’ve gotten new customers from the website, which has more than paid for our investment in Tech Bytes.

How did Tech Bytes perform from a project management standpoint?

I give Tech Bytes five stars for their project management — we utilize LogMeIn for project collaboration. We communicate through email, phone calls, and text.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Tech Bytes has great project management — I don’t have any technical background, and they make it very easy for me to understand their work.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t have anything for them to improve.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I’d advise customers to clearly explain what they want to the Tech Bytes team — they can handle any work, no matter how difficult.
