The project successfully delivered a fully functional, user-friendly website that clearly communicates our services and brand identity. We still need to make some chnages in the website to make it more professional but it looks good for now as an MVP to start with.

Overall, the experience was good. The only area for improvement would be incorporating a more modern, Western-style design approach, as our target audience is primarily international clients.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Develop a robust pet social app that is Android and IOS compatible. Our app is complex with many screens, include multi-platform sign-ins and constantly changing but they manage to deliver what we need without the app falling apart. It needs both Facebook and Apple strict requirements.

Fast response. No issue with simple English communication. We use Skype and have regular meetings

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We have been working together for over two years now and find them easy-going and trustworthy. Cost is reasonable for all of our requests. Australian development companies would charge crazy amount for every single little features and tasks.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Should do more throughout bug testing to sort out the obvious bugs before handing each sprint to client. Manage their project development timeline better.

I am the owner of a company that provides customized legal documentation and subscription functionality for companies looking to raise capital.

We hired Tec-Sense to assist with the development of our core platform. Our goal was to create a completely unique stock offering portal. We wanted our platform to be able to vet the accredited status of participating investors, facilitate stock subscriptions, and assist companies in preparing marketing and legal offering documents etc.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We selected Tec-Sense for our project after they did a thorough analysis of our objectives. They spent over one month just trying to understand our project before they agreed to commit. We found this approach very valuable.

Tec-Sense custom coded our entire platform using PHP. We did not use any third-party plug-ins. Functionality included over 1,000 conditional logic exercises, a web of many inter-connected portals with inter-connected databases, HTML to PDF conversions, automated email sending, a cloud-based editable data room etc.

We had at least four different people work on our project throughout our development. Most were PHP experts, plus the owner.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Project was completed. The development team found a way to accomplish every single thing we requested (even when it was not something they had done before).

We communicated via Skype and Google quite a bit. We spoke at least once a week for the duration of the project. We also traded emails whenever new wire frames or process flows were being hashed out. Deliverables were generally provided on time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They consistently rose to the challenge!!! Whatever I asked them to do, they found a way to accomplish it. They also dove into a difficult subject matter (with a bunch of legal jargon) and made it a point to understand what I was trying to accomplish.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I believe they have already taken my advice and hired a "qc tester" to help with the testing process.

Everything was completed on time. We mostly communicated over phone and skype, but they did visit our offices to implement the new solution. Whenever we had a question, they would email us back within an hour.

I appreciate that they've taken the time to understand our industry. This allowed them to recommend tailored IT solutions that best fit our situation.

We wish they could have helped teach our internal team how to use the new solution, but that was outside of their scope of work.

We sent Tec-Sense a spec sheet describing what we needed. They then asked any questions they had and began working on numerous design layouts. Once presented, we chose the one we thought would work best and they started working on a live site. Once this was approved Tec-Sense made any modifications we requested and took the project completely live.

Depending on the project, 1-2. I normally deal directly with Dhruv (the lead designer) though.

Ultimately, every project I've had the company work on has been widely profitable. I would not be able to run my company properly without Tec-Sense (or someone of equal caliber).

Great. They were more than willing to be directly or indirectly involved. And I'm even able to put them in direct contact with some of my clients.
