I'm the CEO of Total Homecare Solutions, a company that provides in-home care and remote support for individuals with developmental disabilities.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with TDEOS?

We needed help with billing reports. We bill Medicaid for a large number of individuals and needed a link between billing reports, Medicaid authorizations, and our actual schedules of service. The ultimate goal was to be more proactive in identifying potential billing issues and address them quickly before they become large amounts of unbilled claims.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

TDEOS has created different reports for two different companies (in-home services and remote support services). These reports include comparisons between what is authorized and what is being scheduled, what is authorized from the state and what we have listed as being authorized in our billing software, as well as reports detailing billing opportunities and inconsistencies that may lead to large amounts of unclaimed units.A large swath of the data is housed in Salesforce (which TDEOS is especially adept with), but reports are currently being created outside of the software for proof of concept. Future scopes will hopefully include more native integration into Salesforce and potentially use an AI agent to provide priorities and opportunities before they become ongoing issues.

We started working with TDEOS in June 2026, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

One specific report created by TDEOS has allowed us to see unbilled equipment claims for individuals we serve. This list alone has shown nearly $75,000 of unbilled claims that were hard to track and required a lot of manual scouring through reports. We have already been able to submit nearly half of that.Additional reports have uncovered inconsistencies with our billing program compared to state authorizations, and we've been able to action submission of billing or request fixes for large opportunities that have more than recovered the cost of the initial scope.Overall, we've seen an 80% reduction in manual effort that would be required to find these claims individually. The initial scope has already allowed us to adjust processes, which will hopefully allow for less time looking for simple data errors and more time fixing things that fundamentally lead to over-billing or under-authorizations.

How did TDEOS perform from a project management standpoint?

TDEOS's project management is outstanding. The team delivers on time. We communicate via virtual meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

TDEOS's teammate has been absolutely outstanding and incredibly flexible. Any holdup on the project has felt like it was squarely on us not getting TDEOS everything they need to action. The team has been incredibly patient, receptive to new ideas or pivots, and a pleasure to work with.Moreover, TDEOS's enthusiasm for finding solutions to problems is incredibly refreshing. The team seems genuinely interested in what we do and finding ways to alleviate pain points using their prior software knowledge and expertise. Collaborating with TDEOS has always felt productive and not pressured.

I’m the VP of operations, programs, and member services for a non-profit organization. We unite and empower healthcare stakeholders and community partners to address critical healthcare issues that are best solved together.

What specific goals or objectives did you hire TDEOS to accomplish for The Health Collaborative?

TDEOS has worked with us on multiple scopes. They’ve led our CRM migration, automation of routine and repetitive tasks, and system integrations.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

For our CRM migration, TDEOS has evaluated options, provided an assessment of cost savings relative to those options, developed a plan, created data architecture, migrated data, trained employees, and responded to ad hoc requests and questions in a very timely manner. They’ve also introduced a new automation platform that’s being used to automate tasks in the CRM and has been extended to individual employee tasks to increase bandwidth. TDEOS has used the Make platform to automate processes and integrate Constant Contact, Monday CRM, Monday, and additional apps.

What is the team composition?

We work with 2–5 teammates from TDEOS.

How did you come to work with TDEOS?

We found them through a referral. We chose them because their pricing fit our budget, they were a great culture fit, and they offered good value for the cost.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in July 2025, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve successfully migrated to a new CRM, and our employee adoption is in progress. So far, we’ve migrated more than 19,000 contacts and 9,000 organizations. TDEOS has been able to automate several time-consuming, detailed tasks of CRM maintenance and archiving contacts using the Make platform. Staff that previously had to manually track changes and make updates can now use their time elsewhere. We haven’t fully implemented the solution, so we don’t have the full outcome measures yet. However, we plan to focus on the additional, higher-level work that our staff can take on.

How did TDEOS perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project management has been stellar. Every conversation and suggestion has been remembered and documented. We have weekly meetings to review the status, which makes everything very clear. We’ve hit every milestone thus far. We primarily communicate through virtual meetings and emails or messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive or unique about them?

TDEOS has been able to integrate into our organization to understand our true use cases and needs. They haven’t over-engineered our system or created processes that don’t fit within our workforce and norms — this is unique. Raman (Founder & CEO) has built a strong rapport with each member of our leadership team and staff members he’s interacted with. He’s taken the time to see our processes and clicks to understand what we’re trying to achieve. He’s taken every opportunity to integrate with our team, which has led to a better product and minimal rework.
