Before engaging with TBH Creative, we received around 200 online appointment requests a month—we’re now up to about 700 a month. They provide analytics we’ve never had before, and we’ve seen a huge increase in engagements on our website.

After migrating our website to Drupal 7, TBH Creative designed a campaign-themed with a modular layout. The new website has a professional look and feel and a highly navigable backend. It’s easy for us to manage our content and update our site in-house. The redesign has garnered positive feedback from major supporters; they note the polished look and feel in particular.

I’m the vice-president of Kermans Flooring, the largest floor covering company for new home construction in the state of Indiana. I manage the retail side of the business which is smaller but valuable for visibility.

We wanted a stronger retail presence as well as just greater awareness of who we are to help us build the business. Our first task was to develop a strong web presence but we realized we needed to develop a number of analytic tools to help us determine which way retail was going and market appropriately.

TBH Creative provide us with a wide range of services including web design, advertising, digital marketing, SEO, and social media. They developed our website and utilized keywords. They manage our social media including Facebook and Pinterest. They helped us target the sites that are most relevant to our line of business and linked between our social media accounts and website. They also set us up to use HubSpot and trained our sales force to utilize its various tools. Early on they created a video tour of our store to share on our website. We will likely do another version of the video as we change the store layout.

They help us define and adjust our strategy with the support of analytics. They created all of the metrics for us to be able to target specific audiences and they provide us with monthly reports. They set up tools for us like an online survey for customer feedback that our technical service department completes onsite with customers.

They’ve increased traffic to our site and increased led generation. Our walk-in traffic has seen the greatest increase. We get all the data that we need. They’ve not only helped us with a wide range of marketing and advertising mediums but also helped us to be more strategic in customer outreach.

How did TBH Creative perform from a project management standpoint?

They communicate via email and provide written reports to me so that I have everything in writing. We have a regular meeting to analyze monthly progress and what to expect in the coming month. From time to time we sit down to set goals for the next year.

My experience working with the owner is phenomenal. She’s always available. I’ve never had an issue when I reach out to her for a conversation or a meeting. She has a good staff working for her and we have a great relationship. Administratively, they’ve been outstanding. I couldn’t ask for more.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Our relationship with TBH Creative is personal. Their approach is not to just be a service provider but to be part of our company. We’ve succeeded because that’s the same type of relationship we have with our customers. They care about the growth of our company. They listen to me and we strategize together. The owner even suggested once that I speak with a sales consultant that she had also worked with in order to get advice about how to improve sales at every level of our company. She's always thinking about how we can get better at what we're doing and exchanging ideas that are helpful to us as a team. With that attitude, I’m sure they’ll succeed.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We haven’t spoken about it but I know that the owner is always looking for ways to grow her company. They need to continue to concentrate on the people they hire. She’ll have to consider how new hires can complement where she wants to go.

Any new client needs to be open about their expectations. TBH Creative will present their services but you should take advantage of their open approach. Sit down and have a dialogue with them about where your company is, what you’d like to achieve, and whether there’s a fit. Lots of people can offer you services but TBH Creative offers more than that. They want to be a part of your company, not just sell you tools. If that’s a fit, then you should get involved.

I am the vice president and a board of directors member at the Megan S. Ott Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit named for my oldest daughter who died of breast cancer in 2010. We provide critical assistance to breast cancer patients in the immediate Indianapolis, Indiana area.

Although our initial project involved logo design, that has since grown into several other projects. Their most noteworthy creative work involves making large-scale updates to our website, which occur about every two years. Recently, they have implemented an online donation portal on the site. Otherwise, they make changes or fixes to the website whenever necessary. Further, TBH Creative has designed our organization’s brochures, business cards, letterheads, and event signage. They have also produced a video that appears on our website, and they maintain our social media accounts so that they are always active and updated.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Given the nature of what we do, having more people to help means that there are more people with breast cancer. I wish we weren’t as needed as we are, but for those that do need our assistance, awareness of our services and our cause has grown. Our improved website and visual elements have allowed us to generate more annual donations, which allows us to offer assistance to more people. Every year, we’ve been able to grow and have a greater impact. There is no doubt that TBH Creative’s contributions to our foundation are an important part of that. As a sidebar to that point, we do receive several compliments about our logo and designs, as well. We’re well-represented through our designs thanks to their work.

How did TBH Creative perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve been outstanding. We meet with Tatum fairly regularly, but we also communicate through email and over the phone.

Their biggest impact for us has been their web design work. Keeping that current and updated has been vital to our success.

Their service has been beyond fantastic. I’m unsure of how they could do better. You’d be hard-pressed to find a better team than TBH Creative.

I am the CEO of Tracking Football. We are an NCAA-compliant football scouting service. We follow a set of policies and standards as dictated by the NCAA for services that provide information or scouting to NCAA-affiliated football programs.

What was the scope of their involvement?

When the engagement started, our company was operating with a rudimentary WordPress-based website. TBH Creative took on the project, and as a result, we have a WordPress site, and the UX approach is now quite advanced. The site also links to a vast backend database that has been set up for us. Further, TBH Creative oversees our SEO efforts to make our site more visible during web searches, and they complement that work with digital marketing copy and graphics. On occasion, we will place standard print advertisements in football journals.

Our client base has quadrupled from the time that we started the engagement, and our revenue has increased eight times over. We’re not a traditional public-facing site, so we don’t experience massive traffic, but we see about 10,000 unique visits from our user base each month. That’s an increase from several hundred visitors per month before the engagement started.

How did TBH Creative perform from a project management standpoint?

Tatum has been wonderful in her project management. All tasks are well-documented, and we are provided regular updates. I have worked well with the entirety of the staff. The consistent and thorough nature of the communication has been a hallmark of their service.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’ll reiterate their strength as project managers, but their work with digital marketing truly stands out. Digital marketing is where they hang their hat. What they say they do best is indeed what they do best.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There are opportunities for them to expand their range of services. I’m thinking specifically of conducting the major website development in-house as opposed to outsourcing it, and experimenting more with mobile applications.

Keeping the lines of communication open is important because TBH Creative will be more effective as project managers. If clients are able to be transparent regarding their processes, TBH Creative can act as a technology partner and a business partner. Case in point, they’ve done an awful lot to help us expand our horizons.

The project was so easy—at least for me! We exchanged some initial ideas and I provided them with the wording we were looking for, after which they took charge of the project. I received the initial draft a few weeks after starting the project and we made a few changes to it. After that, it was complete.

The project turned out fantastic, and the graphic is perfect. Before, if a resident wanted to find out the ordinances on temporary signs, they would have to flip through a 500-page book. The graphic puts all the information in one easy-to-read and understand page. We’ve had multiple compliments from citizens on how effective the graphic is.

The workflow couldn’t have been better. They were very responsive to calls or emails, and anytime I had a question, I knew it would be answered quickly.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

What I found most impressive is how TBH Creative was able to take this idea out of my head and turn it into a perfect graphic. I gave them a basic concept and they were able to produce something that far exceeded our expectations.

I’m the PR and marketing director at Henry Community Health, an integrated health system in east-central Indiana. We offer a wide range of medical specialties, hospital services, ambulatory clinics, and employer-based clinics, with a focus on quality care and community partnerships.

We needed help with web development. Our goals with the new site were to provide a user-friendly web experience for mobile and desktop users, address security and accessibility risks, provide a fresh, up-to-date design, and have the ability to make updates to the site in real time.

What was the scope of their involvement?

TBH Creative provided web development services. The team’s work included researching personas, content review and migration plan, site architecture, technology definition, wireframing, design planning, previous website transfer and code audit, WordPress security and platform updates, and web hosting. TBH Creative focused on wireframing and design planning.

We worked with three primary team members from TBH Creative, but many others were on our project.

How did you come to work with TBH Creative?

Henry Community Health is part of Suburban Health Organization (SHO). One of our SHO partners used TBH Creative for website work. We liked what we saw, so we decided to include TBH Creative in our interview of potential web developers. We chose the team because they had a detailed process to learn exactly what our users were looking for when coming to our site. TBH Creative also offered training so our team would be equipped to make real-time changes to the new site. The team offered a partnership for long-term web development, which was very important to us.

What is the status of this engagement?

We kicked off the project in September 2024, with a month and a half of blueprint planning. Functionality and feature planning began in late October. We launched our new site in April 2025. The entire project was completed in six and a half months.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

TBH Creative exceeded our expectations in developing our new website. The team wasn’t the cheapest quote we received, but they provided a product that we were 100% satisfied with and proud of. TBH Creative met our tight deadline and provided the training we needed to take control of the site ourselves and not have to rely on someone else to make updates. The team has continued to support us and provide additional services outside of the website. In most situations, you get what you pay for, and we’re so thankful we went with TBH Creative.

We’re still tracking the user experience, but we’ve gotten great feedback. Users have said they love the new homepage video, the search feature providing the correct results, the robust provider bios, and the use of our team members in the pictures.

TBH Creative’s project management was on point. The team met every deadline and was extremely responsive to all of our needs. TBH Creative understood that it was our first time creating a new website and took time to educate and provide additional details to help us understand all aspects of the project. Our primary form of communication was through Microsoft Teams meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We really appreciated the fact that TBH Creative was a local company.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We underestimated the amount of time necessary to develop content and enter that content into the new site. I don’t know that TBH Creative could’ve done anything differently to make that better. We were a team of two who worked full-time hours before we began the website redesign. That piece just demanded a lot of our time as we juggled the rest of our responsibilities.
