I am the Founder and CEO of the Wise Women Network. We are a platform established to empower and enable females to grow in wisdom and reach their purpose.

For what projects/services did your company hire TARASAKA, and what were your goals?

Tarasaka, led by Ranu, built my first website. This required much communication, much integrations of expertise and the use of many plugins. It was a lot of hard work!

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Tarasaka was introduced to me by a friend who is the head of a reputable business member organization. She re-built their website. She also has wonderful testimonials from other business owners who she built websites for.

Wordpress + WooCommerce + membership platform with many plugins and customizations. We approached the project in phases with the final view in mind. Ranu is flexible and very intuitive in her interpretation of the project, utilizing latest cutting edge approaches to coding and integration techniques. She is confident, capable, and tenacious to get the job done!

I interacted directly with Ranu who instructed and managed her team. Her English is perfect for communication and work.

Completed website according to agreed specifications.

Our project required much communication. She was friendly, available, and professional. Available even deep into the late hours via WhatAp, Skype, email, shared Google Docs, and more.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was impressed with their fearless and creative approaches to new ideas! Integrity to the finish. TRUSTWORTHY!

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I do NOT have anything negative to say.

I hired TARASAKA to upgrade my website for cosmetics and functionality.

What were your goals for this project?

My goal was to make my website more visually appealing and function so that I can sell more courses.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

My traffic has increased tremendously and I was able to make at least one net new sale.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

It was extremely effective.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They created a site from scratch, made it visually appealing, and added great functionality all within three weeks.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Testing could be improved. I discovered that potential customers could gain access to my products without paying for them. If there was more testing to make sure the credit card entry system worked, this could have been avoided. I feel like I may have lost money because of this error.

I’m the owner of a printing company in Sweden. We also provide graphic design services.

What challenge were you trying to address with TARASAKA?

I hired them to make a website for me.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They developed my WordPress website. It’s a webshop for print products like flyers and banners. It has a configurator for sizes, prices, and so on. They also installed a design tool on the website so customers can preview their pieces.  

What is the team composition?

Rashi (CTO) was my main contact person. She also had a developer working for her.

How did you come to work with TARASAKA?

I posted the job on Upwork and Rashi sent me a message to my company email. We met over Skype, and I felt comfortable working with her. I hired them because I had a feeling they could work fast. I checked out their other work, and it was good.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent approximately $1,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

The project started in December 2019, and the project ongoing. We launched the website this week.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Rashi is very communicative, and she keeps deadlines. The website looks good. It’s very easy to navigate and it has a great design. I’m more than happy with their work.

How did TARASAKA perform from a project management standpoint?

They were always available when I wanted to have a meeting to discuss a change or a new design. Rashi provided consistent updates and kept me on track so the project could move forward promptly. They kept deadlines and did what they promised.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their dedication to the project was impressive. They were easily available and spent a lot of time working with me. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No. Rashi did her best from the beginning.

I was really stuck with problems when building this when Tarasaka jumped in and with her "Ninja web design skills".After a consultation she helped solve the problems very quickly along with coming with new ideas.I also found her fair and trust worthy. I have already told friends about her : )

Over all I would say I would have no comment, but maybe to look at more trend driven inspiration.
