SZAJBA is a design studio based in Poznań, Poland. For 13+ years our in-house team has designed and built digital products, websites and brands for companies in Europe and the US, from early-stage startups to established B2B firms.
What we do:
UX/UI design: product and interface design for SaaS and web apps, from UX audits and usability testing to day-to-day work alongside your developers.
Websites: design and build on WordPress and Elementor, made to sell and easy for your team to update.
Branding & logo: identities built from the ground up, including a check that the mark can be registered as a trademark.
Photo & video: filming, editing, color grading and 2D animation for web and advertising.
How we work: you talk directly to the people doing the work. No account managers, no freelancers, no subcontracting. We quote each project individually from your brief, invoice monthly for work done, and tell you early if the scope grows. You get full rights to the designs and source files.
Our clients stay with us: Huge Thing, a startup accelerator, since 2015; Sense Monitoring for over seven years; Openmind Networks across branding, websites and product UX. Other clients include Tequipy, Flyspot, Benefit Systems (MultiSport), AOH, Redlegg and Avitec.
We work in English, 09:00–18:00 CET, with daily overlap for calls with London, Dublin, New York and Dubai, and we usually reply within one business day.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.
Szajba redesigned our website, which kicked off a wider brand refresh, and continues to extend our identity with new stylistic directions. They design programme reports, presentations, and event slides; social media templates; ad campaigns for recruitment and programme launches; and materials for side projects such as FFA, merch, and print. They also built tools our in-house marketing team now uses to create its own assets.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The new website and visual identity gave us a clear, consistent presentation of Huge Thing to a corporate audience. Since the launch, 20% more visitors have come to our site, and sign-ups for our Śniadania Innowacji events through the homepage grew by 10%. The graphic materials Ariel created are now used across our presentations, offers and social media, which saved our team time and made our communication more consistent.
Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?
Ariel’s project management was smooth and professional throughout. The process was well structured, with clear milestones and regular updates, so we always knew where the project stood. Deliverables arrived on time, and the final materials were polished and ready to use. What we valued most was how well Ariel listened. He quickly grasped our needs and our corporate, business-oriented tone, and he responded to feedback fast and with flexibility. He has always supported us, even in tight spots, when a project needed last-minute changes or had to be delivered ASAP. Each time we could count on him to find a solution and keep things moving without losing quality. Working with Szajba Studio felt like working with a true partner who cares about the result. We’re very happy with the outcome and would gladly recommend them.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
What impressed us most about Szajba Studio is how well they combine creativity with a real understanding of business. Ariel didn’t just design a beautiful website and graphics. He took the time to understand who we are, who we speak to, and what we want to achieve, and then translated it into a visual language that works for a corporate audience while still feeling fresh and distinctive. Another standout is their attitude: they are genuinely engaged, proactive, and open to ideas, and they treat our project as their own. It doesn’t matter whether a client is a large corporation or a small organization, everyone is treated with the same care, respect, and attention. Add to that their reliability and flexibility, and you get a creative partner we trust completely. We’d choose them again without hesitation.
Are there any areas for improvement or something SZAJBA could have done differently?
No, we’re very happy with the collaboration. We give feedback continuously as the work progresses, and Ariel and his team process it quickly and effectively, so there was nothing we had to wait to raise at the end. Everything was addressed along the way, and we have no major areas for improvement to point out.

I’m an executive for an institute for languages and communication in Viena. We offer language courses and psychological language workshops for B2C and B2B clients.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Szajba?
We needed to design our website, create our marketing strategy, and build our presence in the market.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
We initially had some strategic meetings with Szajba to define our needs. We also met with the marketing team and designers, and they started to work on the design at the beginning of March. Then, they create the entire website design on Figma.
They’ve given us two different designs; one for computers and iPads, and another for mobile devices and phones. The designs come with diverse functionalities.
Additionally, Szajba has created a strategy and handled the entire marketing campaign. We usually send them an email regarding what we want to do with the campaign, and they come up with the creative assets.
What is the team composition?
We’re in direct contact with the art director. Other 3–4 team members are involved in Figma, and we have two marketing specialists.
How did you come to work with Szajba?
My brother recommended them; he knew the art director.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent about €8,000 (approximately $8,500 USD) so far.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with them in January 2022, and our relationship is still ongoing.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We’re very happy with their work; the results have been pretty good. The website is up-to-date with the latest technologies and functionalities. Moreover, we’ve gotten positive feedback from clients and friends who are IT or design specialists. The design is professional and eye-catching, so everybody likes it. All in all, Szajba has created the best solution for us.
How did Szajba perform from a project management standpoint?
They always meet deadlines, and we get detailed monthly reports on every part of the project. Communication is clear and transparent, and the team is always available when we need something. We usually have a short weekly call on Google Meet to discuss the next steps. Additionally, we use emails and phone calls to communicate and Figma for project management.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They stand out for their communication, professionalism, transparency, and expertise.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, there isn’t anything to improve.
Any advice for potential customers?
If you don't know what you want to achieve, don’t worry. They can help you define your goals and figure it out.

Our Story
SZAJBA has been designing for clients since 2013. We grew into a six-person in-house team of designers and developers and stayed that size on purpose: every project is handled by the people who design and build it. Ariel, our founder and head of design, is your contact from the first call through launch and support. We cover UX/UI, websites, branding, marketing and video, so a client's product, site and campaigns can come from one team that already knows the brand.
