We provide eCommerce stores and marketers with professional product photos and videos that are designed to be used for their website (looking at you Shopify and WooCommerce) and their Social Media. I am the CEO and President.

Dating back to June, AdToro built us a fully functional Wordpress website. From there, they began developing our social media strategy, prospecting our cold email sequencing, developing our ad campaigns, and building out our SEO that when we launched this month (December) we could hit the ground running.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked with at least 5 employees, ranging from their web developer, to the CEO, the Director of Digital, their graphic designer, and a few others. All handled in a Slack channel and through virtual calls.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We are so happy with all the results. Our website, sunberd.com, looks amazing, all of the content they've put together for us to post on social is amazing, they built out our social media automation platform on Hootsuite, our ad campaigns have ran for a week and have already brought in leads at a healthy cost/lead...we're stoked.

The workflow was great. We did a weekly call, could always communicate directly in Slack, and they were always available.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were able to accomplish all of our needs, were upfront and clear with deliverables, made all the edits we wanted, and ultimately gave us a great launch day.
