Systemio team helped us with adding new features on our e-commerce app and also updating to new technologies. We have a CI/CD workflow now thanks to them and at this moment they are helping us with new features and bug fixing.

The feedback from our clients was very positive after the new changes added by the Systemio team were deployed. At the same time, the maintenance costs of the application have decreased due to the fixes brought by them in the update process.

We had weekly planning and review meetings where all the details for new features and updates were discussed. All deadlines were met successfully, some features being delivered faster than we initially discussed.

The team responded very quickly in case of extra requests and the way of explaining technical details to non-technical people is very good and helped us to understand from the beginning what needs to be done.

We needed a platform to manage the working load for our locations (both phisical and online) The main goal was to be able to keep track of the stocks, to receive alerts when we are about to run out of a certain product and to make the internal procedures easier (order delivery, leave requests, employee communication)

The most important thing was that we were able to see the stocks at any time of any of our location. That concluded in ordering the exact quantity that we needed. Besides that, the employee leave tracker alowed us to better schedule the workload for a certain period

They always delivered items on time. Even when we had change requests during the development process, Systemio managed somehow to adapt and solve everything. Their team took time at the beginning of the collaboration to discuss in detail each of the module that we wanted to be developed and succeeded to explain the technical solution in such a way that even a non-technical person was able to understand

Of course, there is always room for better, but if they continue on this path things will evolve for the better by themselves. I don't really have any suggestion to make at the moment.
